There was no guilt trip. Jenna never said or indicated her situation trumped Christy's even though it did. Jenna never even asked for the letter. Jenna was just shown crying and then I think Probst or Christy said Jenna should get a letter. I don't think Christy lost any auction money for giving Jenna a letter. Jenna likely violated the rules but her mom had cancer. What was Matt whining about?

Matt wasn't whining. I think he was just pointing out that if Jenna had wanted a letter, she should have bid for it. Or asked Heidi to give her some money. Christy wasn't selfish for wanting a letter. Jenna never even thanked Christy for allowing her to get the letter.

Matt definitely was whining. Jenna didn't have enough money for the letter. She also didn't know/know for sure that letters were coming. So you can't say she should have saved money for letters at the end. Jenna didn't seem to be thinking about how to get the letters when she was out of money (ask others). She just started to cry because she was sad when she didn't have enough money for the letter. Not to cause sympathy for her so others would give her money. Jenna never thanked Christy though Christy said that she knows Jenna was thankful and appreciated what Christy did.
Matt was wrong to whine in this situation. I was not in tears. |

Um, Matt didn't even whine. If I remember correctly, Matt had ONE confessional saying that Jenna was being selfish about the letter. And he was right, she was being a little bitch about it because she, the "popular girl", was OFFENDED that the outcast outbid her.

I see some missing, Twila/Eliza were always better, even Twila/Mia were pretty decent. Sean/Pascal were good. Ghandia/Ted was just uncomfortable. Sandra/JFP = BEST EVAH!
