In programs other than web browsers, yeah. But as far as I can tell, in IE or Mozilla, the animation slows down considerably. If it's always been just me, why has nobody ever told me before? ETA: The animation slows down in Picture Viewer as well. The only way I can see it at a fast speed (which it would be, considering the framerate is 33 fps) is via Jasc Animation Shop itself.
