She does have a nice husky quality to her voice. It's a little Kelly-ish. That's the biggest distraction for me. But the little I've seen looks solid. Simon let through many pretty young things with very THIN voices, but I don't think this one is as weak as about six cute-but-can't-really-sing that I've seen in the auditions so far.

Yes, I mean Clarkson. She is channeling a little Kelly C. energy for me, and that may be a problem for her, unless she can clearly create her own style / look / vibe.

she's quirky, full of personality, got a bit of a rockier pop edge to her then Kelly. She is pretty amazing. |
