Now I wonder...
-If the charities have as much trouble finding the EXACT things the teachers say they want, such as x number of a certain shade of purple folders, college-ruled paper vs wide ruled, etc.
-How do they know which kids are 'low income'? Are forms filled out in order to receive stuff or is it enough for the parents to flash their food stamp cards?
-How big of a loser must you be to have kids and not be able to afford crayons, pencils, and paper? Especially this time of year when it's all on sale?
-What kid would want to be seen getting free school supplies? May as well wear a sign that says "My parents are complete losers at life and I need charities to buy me a .50 box of Crayolas!"
-How many of the people who think it's so wonderful that people are buying stuff for kids to use in school bitch up a storm when they have to play school taxes?
