If you want to make a cat tree of your own, it's pretty easy. Just go to Home Depot and buy some pvc tubing, then cover it with carpeting. If you're prone to moving, then you can cut it into separate pieces, cementing smaller pvc tubes inside to create a Lego-like setup. The perches are wood. Ideally you want to place it in a corner so the cats can wedge their backs against the wall to climb down.

I love all the cats; I especially love the big cats. And wow, that tall cat climber thing...COOL. I wish I had a cat, but my beagle won't allow that.

PS - Meet Teddy, aka Ruff Rider of Three Oaks  ETA: he is not a schanuzer, but a Wire Fox Terrier...these pics were taken after I had left him with my dad for a week whilst out of town....Dad thought he was doing him and me a favor by getting his hair cut at the local groomer....who doesn't know diddly about terriers !!! They cut off his beard !!! GRRRRRR !!! |
