The elimination test is so unfair. They should have to answer all the questions instead of lucking out getting the easy questions.

That so-called lingerie model who wants to hook up with the competition is not very attractive at all without makeup.

Let me try to summarize the lost posts due to the ezboard hack.
On the boys' side: - the general consensus is that Brad is not a geek. - some people are annoyed by Richard, others (including me) not so much -- I sense a Raj vibe going. However, he was an idiot for not throwing the dance competition after Mindi won the trivia challenge - nobody knows what to make of Bill the Dukes of Hazzard guy, but I sense a possible child-molester-class cweepy guy. - Joe is across-the-board beloved. The breakout star, it seems. - Chuck the medical student and Eric the booted computer guy also don't seem to be geeks. Some people laughed about Chuck's bloody noses and general neuroses, including me. On the babes' side, there was less chat: - the general consensus is that these chicks aren't 'zactly "beauties." - it's possible that Erika is smarter than she lets on. - Lauren drew the most criticism, especially from me -- she makes my skin crawl. - many were amused by these chicks' job titles -- life size Barbie doll? - multiple prosters laughed at Cheryl's remark, upon missing the Lincoln/Civil War question, of "Oh, D-Day!" Anyhow, this is my fave new summer one-off RTV show. I just wish they didn't have the team vs. team eliminations -- it'd be funnier if they'd have challenges exposing their weaknesses and making them pay. |

I just got around to watching this show, and I absolutely loved it. I also hate to admit I find Brad to be pretty cute....

Lauren and Richard were interviewed on my local radio station (Houston 104 KRBE). Me thinks they get the boot tonite. Lauren said she's not really a lingerie model. She plays in the lingerie bowl, but that's not her full time line of work. She never mentioned what she really does, though. Richard tried very hard to be funny. He said he gets his first kiss in the house. Lauren mentioned he received it in the "Boom Boom Room" in the house. Whatever that is.

Lauren and Richard aren't partners so unless the teams change, they both can't be leaving tonight. As long as its not Joe & Partner, I don't care who leaves. Well maybe not Dr. Dripping Blood & partner as I like him too.

Oh, thanks. I'm bad at who is partners with who. And don't worry about the bleeder, 'cause according to Kristen:
From jillisullivan: How are you liking Ashton's new reality venture Beauty and the Geek? Do any of the geeks get action before season's end? I, um, actually, um, kind of loved it, I'm embarrassed to say. I've seen up to the third episode and can tell you that another romantic twist is coming up--a hookup with the sexy Latina and the bleeder. |

I wonder if the "beauties" are clandestinely encouraged to "hook up" with the geeks...

Quote: Who knows but at least in Scarlet's case she gets to hook up with someone isn't that bad looking and isn't all that pathetic; I guess she overlooked the fact that blood tends to drip out of his nose from time to time. |

I have to admit that even with the bloody noses, there is something endearing about Chuck. I hope he stays for a while.

Richard's sign was priceless. I can't remember the exact wording on the first half but I'll never forget the second half.
Quote: I felt pretty bad for Joe myself because after they were picked and his partner was crying and he tries (more like struggles to try) to comfort her she says out loud poor Brad. |

No kidding, Erika has the sensitivity of an insect.
Sorry to see Joe go. One hopes he'll surface again. Anybody know what book on massages they gave the boys? Some of the crap those guys were trying was just plain dumb, and I doubt they cooked it up themselves. Favorite moment of the night: In the Mustang service segment, Krystal trying to pry off the "hubcap." Dammit I lurve this show. |

:( poor joe...he was the sweetest guy on the show.
Krystal reminds me a little bit of a man...and Brad's just kinda boring. I'm glad I don't have to hear Erika's incessant whining about Brad anymore though. |
