Very good. They lost me a bit at the camp because I had no idea what was going on. However, once they got into the house and started to interact with the community a bit - I was hooked.
The preview for the season looks fantastic. I have a feeling this show is going to get better with each episode. |

this show reminds me a rawer Big Love with the Travelers taking the place of the Mormons.
I really liked the show, although I'm bewildered by why there are so many British actors taking the roles of Americans. WE have Eddie & Minnie, Jack LaPaglia (I know he's Aussie), and those two bitches he works with on Without a Trace. Are we suffering from a shortage of good American actors? And W00t! for the Shield coming back. |

This is the best show i've seen in a LONG time.
Bravo to Eddie and Minnie..amazing together. Great premise, excellent writing...I can't wait til next week. Exceeded my high expectations. |

Perfect casting for the neighbor lady too. Her face is memorable in everything she does but damned if I can remember her name.

I loved it, but missed what the falling out was about at the camp.
Who was supposed to marry who? And why did the dad have a problem with it? |

This show was great and LUV Eddie. For anyone who hasn't, please see "Dressed to Kill," you'll be hooked on his humor, wit and intelligence. I'm already hooked on this show. Great acting, great writing, unique premise - can't wait 'till next week already.

I missed part of that, too. Some guy is supposed to marry his daughter. Not sure how they are related, and apparently, Eddie's character stole some money or something? I'm going to have to rewatch it.
Great show! Minnie Driver is a great actress. |

Okay here's the deal. Gypsy families are alot like royal families in that they have a ton of arranged marriages and the like.
Dahlia is royalty in the family, they wanted her daughter to marry one of the other families kids. She said hell to the no. Wayne(Eddie) stole the whole clan's money and they left. There ya go. |

adding to McWolcott's post, They wanted the main familys only daughter to marry the 'slow' dude that was a the door with his pregnant sister.
Their daughter is of royalty, so her 'value' is very high, and the market value of her husband, (his potential earning from scanning) should be worthy of royalty. This marriage was arranged by 'someone' connected (but not very good) to the old sick head of the family. I think the father is/was? pissed that he wasn't picked to be the his assistant/replacement. And considering he knew the combo to the safe, shows that they where close. Plus I thought parents of the kids involved had a saying in who married their own kid. Wasn't this was a shock to them? |

I loved it when Wayne told the pregnant chick "oh, so you're finally marrying your brother" or something to that effect. That was hilarious.

I can't wait to see what happened there. I can't picture Wayne taking all of the money, and did he leave it unlocked? if he didn't, no one would have known he'd taking anything...until his bitchy whiny wife called them.
Then again, I think the 'family' was hurting without all of that money. So maybe he helped them out by leaving it unopened....I hope they reveal more about what all happened |

I haven't read any spoilers, so this is pure speculation on my end, but did anyone else get the feeling that the neighbor might not be who people think also?
