I'm going to audition Saturday. Does anyone know how it goes? Also, do they pay for all the friends/relatives' trips/accomodations?

Stefanie71 wrote: Are you talking about the woman from Monday? There were 3 cases left (she had one; two remaining in the group). They had $25, $500,000, and the million. She declined the deal of $404,000. She then lost the half million, leaving $25 and a million. The deal was something like $373,000 (or in the $360,000 range). People were telling her to risk it, but the fiance was hesitant. She took the deal. They looked in her case (she felt she had the million). Lo and behold, she had the million dollars in her case. It shows what one different choice would do. If she got rid of the $25 on that last choice, she'd be a millionaire. No one will ever win the million. |

You mean, nobody has still won the million? Even after having it in half the cases during the Million Dollar Giveaway? (Or whatever the hell it was called.)

Nope, the most someone has won is $750,000. That was a game where the highest amounts were 6 million, 3 million, and 1 million. The girl got down to $10,
$750,000, and the million. She chose a case and got rid of the $10. She obviously didn't take the deal, but had the $750,000. Even with the million
dollar missions, no one won. That's because no one would choose Hayley. Speaking of, where is she? She has not been with case 25 the last week or two.

Before the $1 million sweepstakes, only 11 cases were ever picked that had the million dollars in them out of all the contestants!!!!

I'm going to audition Saturday. Does anyone know how it goes? Also, do they pay for all the friends/relatives' trips/accomodations? My husband auditioned last year sometime. Prepare to wait in line for 4-6 hours depending on when you get in line. Then you get in front of a camera for about a minute or two and tell about yourself. That's it. Nothing fancy. I believe they said they pay for three people to come with you if you are chosen. |

No one will ever win the million. You really shouldn't either. Like i've said before, don't work for the million, let the million work for you. |

Jeez. Worked until 1am and got there at 5am. Already about a thousand people in line. It was kind of balmy but as soon as the sun came up, rain. Cold rain. No
umbrella. No giveaways as promised. Lots of cranky people who suddenly came to life whenever a TV camera was pointed at them. "Interviews" started at
10 and line moved fairly quickly. Reason: too many people showed up, about 8,000, and they changed the process - when we got to the front of the car
dealership, the show producer announced that we should be ready to talk about ourselves for.....15 SECONDS!!! That was the interview LOL Let us in in groups of
ten, each group went to a table with a young chick with a stopwatch and...yeah. One gal I got to know in line actually had a rap she did, very clever, then she
went woo hoo!!! and did a cartwheel and she didn't get chosen. The girl chose 2 quietish people, a cute guy and a middle aged woman. Those people went
upstairs for more whatever. The producer was even rude, in his announcement he said "now after your 15 seconds, please do one thing...ok? ready?
LEAVE!!" Whoa. Came home at 3, worked 5-1am and now I'm off for a loooong sleep. Now I know why greed is one of the 7 deadly sins!

You know those babes, the one that hold and then open the cases?
I think they should just shut up and open the cases. We don't need their phony reactions. If anything, they should wear pasties. Or, wait, as the game goes to a higher level- meaning less cases available to choose from, HAVE THE GIRLS STRIP DOWN! Am I brilliant or what? |

If the poker player who BELIEVED the million was in her case, (and she really did have it) didnt go all the way and took the deal instead, how will anyone else ever win the million? |

hey, check this out and tell me i'm wrong...
(no. i said check this out first. don't just go for the cheap joke and tell me i'm wrong immediately) when folks pick and want cases to contain amounts on the left side of the board (the small amounts) they tend to pick cases on their left side as they look at the chicks. as if the cases on their right side contain large amounts. funny, huh? this is just an observation. nothing scientific. but if someone wants to write their thesis on this i will not sue. |
