Lily's tirade towards the 'sick and twisted' Chloe and Billy is rudely interrupted by Chloe's water breaking. You'll say anything to get out of this, Lily scoffs - you're not even due yet. Tell that to HER, Chloe whines - then announces another problem - the roads are closed due to the storm. How about a medical helicopter? Lily suggests. Billy will hike until he gets a signal. Fine with Chloe - she really doesn't want to deliver her baby in the love nest where her Daddy's trying to get lucky. Stop making goo goo eyes at HER already and get going - I'm about to have a baby!

Cane's at the Ranger's station - never mind the road blocks - he has a four wheel drive and a woman he needs to get to!

Jill assures Amber - yeah, way - that woman's NOT Katherine - she's a phoney. My mother is DEAD - your loyalty is to a piece of trash!

Roger struggles to get Kay into what appears to be a seedy motel room - you've got a lot of spunk for an old lady. Marge always was a pain in the ass, Clint adds as he closes the curtains. How many times do I have to tell you?! Kay wails that she's Katherine Chancellor - I have plenty of money - let me make a call! Clint's convinced she's his ole loyal partner. Roger sits Kay back down. Behave yourself, Clint warns. Terrified, Kay nods.

With a blanket around her, Chloe paces - having heard it'll make the delivery easier. Lily continues her lecture - just how long did Chloe plan to lie to everybody? Chloe'd like to talk about this later - I'm about to deliver a bowling ball here. The women argue about who's 'desparate'. The 'lied to' Lily - or the maid's daughter who managed to get knocked up by a Chancellor - and then you decide you want MY Chancellor because yours wouldn't marry you. No wonder Cane couldn't remember having sex with you - it never happened! You ruined everything for no reason. You jumped into bed with his brother! Chleo counters - puhlease - THAT'S true love?

On the CL's patio, Ashley asks Liv if she has any plans for valentine's Day - hot date? No such luck - but you? Ashley's dining with Victor at the club - we're keeping it low key - Victor's being really sweet to Abby. I'm happy! Ashley insists - except for the business at Jabot - she's not thrilled about Billy taking her job - and it's unsettling not knowing who owns controlling the shares.

At NE, Neil's also curious as to who owns the shares. Vic feigns ignorance - Jill's not saying - neither's Gloria. Vic wishes he'd seen Jack's expression when he got the news - and claims that Ashley has enough to occupy her - soon that'll include a seat on NE's board. Neil has to ask if Vic's a spectator or a team owner. Victor has no plans to involve himself in Jabot. Neil understands - it'd be a conflict of interest. Have a good night, the associates shake hands. Now alone, Victor calls Ashley to wish her a Happy Valentine's Day - he can't meet her for dinner - something came up - would she mind dropping by the office? I love you.

Amber accuses Jill of bribing the technician to keep her inheritance. Or switched the swabs, Kevin joins her to suggest. Enough insanity! Jill barks. Amber feels Jill has only herself to blame for the way things ended with her mother - you tried to put her in a home. It's none of your business, Jill hisses - too bad you don't like the results. She's a phoney and you're a sucker or a swindler. Daniel doesn't want to listen to Jill's crap. Amber thinks it awful Mrs C's own daughter doesn't believe her. Murphy arrives all flustered - relaying the weird note saying Kay's leaving town. He's called the police. You poor sap, Jill shakes her head - she left because she's busted.

You don't need to do this, Kay protests as she's gagged. Please, she struggles, her voice muffled.

In Vic's office, Ashley playfully asks if Victor's keeping secrets from her. She turns to see a desk chair with a red bow on it - you shouldn't have - am I missing something? Victor chuckles - you saved my life and I want you close to me at all times - so, he's offering her the vacant board seat. Ash is surprised - a consolation prize for losing her CEO position? Oh no - Victor planned this long before that - it's no act of pity. Brad was involved in both companies too, he points out. Ash thanks him - may I think about it? What's there to think about? Vic replies.

Chloe groans in pain - I have to get out of here. Billy says she's no longer in charge - you're stuck with us. Don't you dare smile at me! Chloe snaps. When Lily insists on going out to get reception, Billy directs her to a spot - take the walkie talkie. Now alone, Chloe laughs at Billy's predicament - don't touch me, she swats him off - how did you know the baby was yours? You've known all this time and never said anything!?

She IS Katherine, Murphy assures Jill - maybe YOU'RE the fake. Jill thanks them for reminding her of the ring - and calls the police to issue a warrant for grand theft. The rest of the gang update Jana. Murphy gave the note to the cops - it said she was lying - it doesn't make sense. Murphy's gut tells him somebody snatched her - and if they touch one hair on her head, he'll kill em!

Roger calls Ester with some loving words - see you soon. Close the deal and marry the broad, Clint snaps. Ester and Kay's daughter keep getting her to postpone, Roger whines. You can't talk the merry maid into marrying you? Clint scoffs - then tells Kay he's off to buy more bullets. No worries - he's got a trained nurse to watch the Duchess. Hey there Sunshine - I'm Annie! a red headed psycho woman appears brandishing a large knife.

Now in a flannel shirt, Chloe sits by the fire - and snarls at Billy when he brings her a mug of ice chips. She's sure she has a long time to go - if he'd attended Lamaze classes, he'd know that too. Your contractions are 5 minutes apart, Billy alerts - then denies he told Lily because he wanted to 'nail' her. Squeeze my hand - curse me out, Billy encourages Chloe as she screams in pain. Why are you being nice? - you never wanted 'us' - you never wanted this baby!! Agghhhh.

Neil brinds Liv some chocolates to the hospital. Karen ordered him out of the house for another hour - she and Anna are working on something. Liv gets a call from Lily - there's an emergency - she's stuck in a cabin - the roads are closed. Neil takes the phone - what's going on? Liv takes the phone back - and gets Lily to ask how far apart the contractions are. 2 minutes, Billy replies as he's perched between Chloe's thighs - 7 and a half months along - maybe more. Cane's walking through the snow - flashlight and map in hand.

Back at CL's, Ester (with Roger) arrives to overhear the kids discuss Jill calling the cops on her own mother. That woman took advantage of our grief - and now that she's been exposed, she's run away, Jill concludes. Enough Amber! Jill snaps - let my mother rest in peace.

Meanwhile, Annie knits as Kay struggles in her restaints. She then puts the knife under Kay's throat - you can't use the little girl's room until Clint gets back. I'm hungry, Kay claims. Annie pulls an apple from her purse and lops it cleanly in half with the knife - you gotta keep your blood sugar up.

Liv and Neil have Lily on speakerphone as they hear Chloe cry out in pain over the walkie talkie. She's pushing - but the baby's not coming - and her back's hurting. Come on - push! Billy coaches. Lily tells them that the baby could be stuck face up - you have to turn her arouind or she might suffocate. The baby might be small enough to prevent much tearing. Tearing!? Billy panics - how? What do I do? Fear not - Lily will talk him through it.

Back at NE, Victor's had dinner catered in. You're really trying to romance me aren't you? Ash approves the bottle of wine. It's not difficult with you, Victor hugs and kisses her, as the fireplace blazes. Who would have thought he and Abby would become close - and that he'd be with his beautiful Ashley again ~kiss~ life is one miracle after another isn't it? they sway to the music.

Hands over Chloe's shirt, Billy manipulates the baby - she's doing sommersaults - I hope it''s enough. Push, he again tells Chloe. I can't, I can't! Chloe wails, then rambles incoherently. Billy swears he won't let anything happen to her and the baby - now PUSH! Outside, Lily gets a few more instructions on hemmoraging - but then loses the signal. Cane comes along - I don't care about Chloe - I love my baby - and YOU - there has to be a way to work it out. Do you hear her? Chloe did it! The baby's here! Lily and Cane are silent as they listen to the newborn wailing.

As Victor and Ashley enjoy their wine and dinner, Ash announces she has one more gift. Victor needs nothing but her love. Who said it was for you? She had a locket made for Abby - with two pictures inside - Victor and Brad. Victor thinks it a sweet thing - you're a remarkable woman, he concludes with a kiss. Nikki clears her throat as she enters - excuse me - I was looking for Nicholas.

A lady cop arrives at CL's to tell Murphy that the woman he reported missing is now wanted for grand theft. I want to kill Jill, Amber blurts out - and gets a glare from the cop. It looks like she took off - here's your note. Sitting, Murphy can't believe he may have been wrong about Katherine - or could I? Daniel and Jana point out that Mike would have chosen a top notch lab - and taken precautions against tampering. But Kevin and Amber refuse to give up on Mrs C. On the patio, Roger assumes Jill's jealous - and wants Roger for herself. Let her get her own boyfriend, Ester grins - my bags are still packed. As soon as Ester 'fixes' her face, they're off.

Clint returns to the motel room with a bag of groceries - and getting a call from Roger, is told that Marge is NOT Katherine - and things are back on track with Ester. Let me know when it's done, Clint hangs up and calls Kay a phoney - the DNA test just proved it - the whole world knows - and nobody's looking for you.

My little girl, Billy mutters as he cradles the baby. Racing in with Lily, Cane takes the baby from Billy's arms. Ahhh - hey baby girl, he coos gently - it's Daddy - oh sweetheart.
