Home at the ranch, JR wants to talk to Vic about the lawsuit - he doesn't think a Judge will rule against them - having dabbled in chemistry he sees differences in the company's formulas. Eyeing Alistair, JR sits at the other end of the bar and orders a beer. He calls Skye - to hear a friendly voice - and talks about his blunder - Victor tore my head off. I deserved it. I miss you. He hangs up and takes his beer. Later, back at the ranch, JR lurks on the stairs as a stressed Vic tosses back a drink.
