Yikes @ tonight's ep. What a poor episode. How in the world does my beloved Crista get only one sketch the entire episode?!? Is this a sign of things to
come? Will future seasons be this horrific when she's no longer around? I'll be livid big time if she doesn't get a ton of screen time next week
to make up for this. Bah, why even think about the future at this point, there's a lot in the present to worry about! Is Johnny Sanchez ever going to get
a part that doesn't involve a stereotypical latino character? Albanian Idol was kinda funny last season, but this was a poor rehashing. The Sarah Palin
thing was dull and drawn out. As was the singer one, whatever that guy's name was. The quality has dropped with each episode this season, not a good sign
at all.

Lauren and Eric are shining tonight. Matt is okay so far. He's kind of like Ike v2.0 but less annoying. |

I'm surprised they're doing so many parodies and no original skits/recurring characters. Oh well, this is at least waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better
than last season's stupid format.

I actually think last night's episode was way better than last week's. Probably because, there's very little Bobby Lee.
However, Bobby Lee as McCain is a hoot. He just gotta work on his McCain voice. Mad Men Opening - I don't know/watch Mad Men. Meh. John Mayer Commercial - weakest sketch but tolerable. Albanian's Got Talent - watchable Nacho Hernandez - I don't really care about this character at all although he's tolerable compared to Bobby Lee's Bae Sung (thankfully he retired that one) and Johnny Gan ( Sarah Palin's Q&A - I thought Nicole could've said a much funnier response to the "What else could you see that makes you qualified?" question. Project Runway Bravo Celebrities Edition - hilarious but I wanted to hear more from Kathy Griffin. Nicole's KG impressions are always dead on. First time she's done this since Season 9, I think. Supernanny - Red Carpet - Why is Arden doing these segments all the time? Whatever. Arden <3 <3 <3 Looks like they're featuring the newbies each week (this week being Matt's). In the old days, the newbies are usually featured in one sketch per episode and usually, they're playing a miniscule character, and gradually they are put into more sketches as the weeks go by. I guess one positive thing this season is that there's a heavy emphasis on the newbies this time around. |

Well they have so few regular cast members this season that they have no choice but to give the featured players a lot more screen time.
I believe NP played Kathy Griffin in a S12 skit about Family Guy. |

Arden as Ali <3 I haven't even seen Living Lohan but she was hilarious.
How come hardly anyone watches the show every week yet SNL's thread has a page of replies every week when all they do over there is complain? |

SNL hasn't been good in probably 10-15 years if you ask me. Mad TV, although obviously on the decline the last two seasons, is far superior IMHO.

I think its because SNL is more star-studded than MadTV and a lot of its past cast members have attained major success post-show, most of whom have become
A-listers.
Also, don't forget that SNL is an old, long-running show whereas MadTV debuted in '95. It's a shame because a lot of MadTV alum (Debra Wilson, Mo Collins, Stephanie Weir, Frank Caliendo, Michael MacDonald, Jordan Peel, and pretty soon, Goddess Nicole Parker) are very talented and funny. Their celebrity impersonations are always dead on. Yet, people hardly recognize them. |

Arden as Ali Lohan was almost scary dead-on, with the pouty bratty facial expression and cold dead eyes.
The Bobby Lee/McCain Facebook sendup made me alol. |

...and the downward trend continues for the fourth straight episode (actually should probably say fifth, as good as the premiere was, it certainly wasn't
as good as last season's finale). Was extremely dissappointed considering I had no idea it was to be a clip show tonight. This better not be one of the
14 new eps we're getting this year, and sure has hell better not be one of the 8 episodes only that Nicole is signed up for. -_- Whoever came up with the
grand idea to only have Crista in 2 sketches over the past 2 weeks should be shot. And sorry, while it was nice to see Frank Caliendo, Debra Wilson, Stephenie
Weir, Michael McDonald, Jordan Peele, Mo Collins and Will Sasso in some of the old sketches, a ton of those people I didn't recognize whatsoever,
particularly the West Wing one. Maybe Quid needs to catch up on his older seasons. @_@

*crickets* Guess not. |

Nope, its a repeat from the premiere. An episode we just saw four weeks ago, played again? Yikes. At least there was lots of Crista for the first time in 3
weeks.
