I personally don't know if I can watch Michael Vartan in that new Robin Williams movie. Doesn't he play a freaky person or is that just Robin Williams' character? He was great in Never Been Kissed though.
Does the new season of Alias start this Sunday? |

Hey I was just talking about this show in another thread.......second season is toughest.......I'll see how they do......wait...it's not on against the Sopranos, is it?

Yes, it starts this Sunday. (Vartan was also great as Lancelot in Mists of Avalon)

Michael Varten plays an ordinary role in One Hour Photo-
he has a fully nude scene but we don't get to see his penis. |

I was SO pissed off when Jennifer Garner didn't win the Emmy last night for best actress in a drama series. She was the only reason I watched the damn awards. The Ralphie quote of the week is . . .
"When I grow up I'm going to be a principal, or a caterpillar!"
Ralphie Wiggum is a special individual. He spends his time eating crayons, asking stupid questions and talking to his imaginary friend. |

I'm with ya, Luigi05! That damn Allison Janney won for the 3rd time-this time in a lead role, even though the producers and stars of "The West Wing" keep trumpeting that it's an ensemble show.
I love Jennifer Garner and I want to see her kick the living crap out of her mom! Lena Olin rules-check out "Romeo Is Bleeding" to see how well she plays pure evil. Victor Garber was robbed also. The main thing I want to know is if he really killed that weasel traitor in the CIA played by Joey Slotnick. That guy deserved no quarter! They had me fooled-all this time, I thought it was the other guy in the CIA who plays Vartan's friend. Don't know his name, but he's the heavy-set guy that Vartan is always talking to. I'm still not sure I trust him. Why can't there be two moles in the CIA? We'll see. |

I wonder about that too. Did Jack actually kill him, or did he just fire the gun to scare the guy? I hope he killed him. He was an annoying little jerk-off, and since we know he's the one who's been giving Will the info, his character isn't needed anymore. (I'm also pissed that Garber didn't win for his role.) |

Just saw it! It was awesome. Canadian channel, CTV, airs it at 8, one hour earlier than ABC. So, I won't spoil anything.. it was good.

There's some stupid football game on tonight, so Alias isn't on until 12:30 I think. I was so excited for it and now I'm really pissed off. I have to get up at 6:00 tomorrow morning so I'll have to tape it.

It was awesome. That Butcher of a Doctor was creepy. Vaughn is Alive yeah!!, Will is emotionally dead, Sad. Lena Olin will be awesome as Sid's mother from Hell. I'm thinking everything is not as it seems.

Great stuff!
My favorite parts were Will in the beginning. "I'm sorry, did you just say you were shot by your mother?" "Seriously?" Poor guy. Francie, too. So out of the loop. MMM Vaughn dripping wet and on the table. Lena Olin is an Uber-bitch. I love it! |

Re: Bravo! | |||||

Will is the most cuddly character ever. What the HELL are they doing to him? I think this heroin plot is ludicrous; anybody could be seeing right through it. I love that Syndey's roommate ("Im opening a restaurant!") is now the only clueless person on the show.
Going into this, I didn't know what I thought about Lena Olin in the role as Mom. After tonight - WOW! Cant wait for more confrontations. I hope they never become friends..... |

Yeah...the heroin thing was pretty dumb.
Wasn't there any other solution? I'm interested to see what his purpose will be now that he can't write anymore. Maybe he can go to culinary school and work at at Francie's. |

I think that Will still knows to much. Maybe he'll join the CIA or SD-6.
The tension between Syd and her mother will make for some great TV. Not to mention the tension between her parents. Can't wait!!! |
