The new season of the great action-packed, edge-of-your-seat drama "Alias" starts in just two weeks. Are there any other fans of the show out there who would like to discuss it?

Yes, yes, yes! I can't wait for this show to return. It turned out Sydney's mom was "The Man." I wonder what's going to happen.. I think Sydney is going to kick the living sh it out of her mother. What is going to happen to Vaughn? Did he die? And, Sydney's partner, forget his name, do you think she'll tell him that SD6 isn't the CIA and then he'll convert to being a double agent with her?

There were so many unbelievable cliffhangers last season. Last episode Michael Vaughn was left for dead after the "giant ball thing" filled with water exploded and he was trapped inside the room with it, Sidney only being able to watch helplessly. Dixon finally realized Sidney was up to something and pondered reporting it to SD-6. Sidney Bristow finally came face-to-face with "The Man," really her supposedly dead and evil mother. Jack Bristow barely helped Will Tippin escape death, and meanwhile Will's colleagues published the deadly article about SD-6. And also, Arvin Sloane poisoned his wife Emily by the orders of SD-6. What will happen this season. Tune in everybody.
Does anybody know if Michael Vartan, the actor who played Michael Vaughn, will be back for Season Two? The Ralphie quote of the week is . . . Vaughn will definitely be back. Unfortunately, there is no episode where we have sex...yet!
Anywho, I love Alias! It's my favorite non-reality television show. I just wish more people would tune in, I think it's amazing. I really don't like Will though, I hope he dies if someone must. And what is up with Francie? Hopefully she will get a bigger storyline this season. And the woman they hired for Sydney's mom is freaky looking, I saw a commercial that had her face in it. |

I didn't see it last season, but I'm definitely going to watch it this season. I would have watched it a lot sooner if they had showed pictures of Michael Vaughn in the ads for that show instead of some girl with blue hair. (I'm so shallow sometimes)

Quote: Yet is the key word, my friend. I plan on getting a job as a writer for "Alias" and I'll make sure you and I both get to guest star in one episode or another this year as Michael's sex slave. But you don't like Will? The hot guys on "Alias" only add to the exciting plot and whatnot. I love that show. The Ralphie quote of the week is . . . I'm on the Will bandwagon. I have a soft spot for journalists-who-will-do-anything-to-get-the-story that also happen to have perpetually mussed hair and light blue eyes.
I can see how people might find him annoying, but I have fought that urge successfully! Vaughn definitely did not die and Michael Vartan will be back. (If youre craving spoilers on upcoming shows, I suggest visiting Aint It Cool News. They have a lot of good info on the show.) You guys can have Will and Vaughn as long as you let me have first crack at SARK. And if the actor who plays Jack Bristow does not win the Emmy for Best Supporting Actor, it will be a crime. He's up against FOUR people from West Wing, for gods sake. |

I guess it's just human nature to scream and cringe at such clued out characters as Francie and Will. The audience is just so far ahead of them. I too, actually wanted them clued in or killed off at one time, but came to realize that they were necessary to the secret life dynamic of the show. Still, they both have a bull in china shop quality about them and seem awfully damn nosy for friends. But it does move the plot along.
Spoiler Alert! Don't go any further if you don't want to know... From Entertainment Weekly: There was something in the water of the huge balloon that supposedly affects Vaughn. (A power tool of some sort saves him). Vaughn is captured and tortured. Mom shoots the daughter, (most likely a flesh wound?), Will goes deep into drugs as a way to take the heat of himself, and dear old mom has some juicy shit on dad, its telling sends dad further into drink. Dixon (the partner) has a brother and Francie opens a restaurant. Can't wait, Lena Olin looks like a great choice for the mother from hell. ITA |

![]() Any Wet Hot American Summer fans? ![]() I know I'm one! Anyway, Alias is one of my favorite shows. I tape and watch a lot of shows, but it is one of the few I have to watch the night it's on. Can't wait for it to start up again. The finale last year was great. "One in five, BITCH!" |

Luigi!
That show...I just can't wait for the season premiere. The worst thing about Alias is that it is only on for one hour a week. Sad. Grim. Hmm...that picture that Bulletin posted makes Will looks so much better! He's decent I guess, but no one tops Vaughn. What a hunk. If I wasn't so in love with my current icon, I'd put a Vaughn one in there. |

Yay! An Alias thread! Best show on t.v. The amount of cliffhangers they left us with was mind boggling; can't wait for the season premiere. And Vaughn....ohhhh...Michael Vaughn.
