yeah i did the new ones for usa and all other graphics for the new re-design (i was part of a team of 4 animators).

Well i'm done. I turned it off halfway through. It wasn't even remotely interesting to me at all. It's not even the lack of Sharona either, something is just missing and i can't quite put my finger on it.

Hey all you Monk fans. Be sure to look out for Daniel Roebuck (guy in my avatar) in the August 5th episode titled "Mr. Monk Gets Drunk". Daniel will be playing Larry Zwibell.
I am going to watch really only to see Daniel, but was wondering what this show is even about? |

Is it me, or do they do subtle "Silence of the Lambs" references in some of the episodes? The storage locker (Mr. Moppet or Muffet?). It would be so cook if they could get Anthony Hopkins and Jodie Foster to guest star and reuinite with Ted Levine (Capt Sottlemeyer) and have Ted Demme direct the eppi.

I just started watching Monk the week of the 4th of July. My mother watches this show regularly and loves it.
Anyhow, it's not a bad show and it's one you and your kids can watch together. Monk is such an endearing character you can't help but like him. You get a nice ending each time. Anyhow USA just played 2 episodes in a row this morning so I am catching up. |

I never miss Monk, and actually like it better now than when
Sharona was on. However, I don't like how unlikable they have written Monk these past few eps. He is really acting self centered--more so than before, anyway. |

So unfortunately true, I couldn't believe the writers had Monk calling back the fire department from a fire just to test his smoke alarms. That was just too much.
Monk used to be loveable. Now he's becoming a jerk. |

I haven't watched a Monk episode in months. They kept accumulating on my TiVo. I finally deleted the season pass and I haven't regretted it once. I think the tipping point was firing Sharonna. Since then it just got worse and worse and worse to the point it wasn't even watchable. I'd rather play cards on line.

I think the PI thing could work, as long as he still helps the
police too. I'd miss Stottlemeyer (sp?) if he wasn't shown. Oh- I also liked Sharon Lawrence's character. Tonight wasn't as interesting to me as usual. I'm not sure why. |
