I can't wait until Cavil and the rest of the Cylons show up and wreak some havoc.

Huh. For some reason I thought we'd seen Cavil's forces attacking the fleet and rebel Cylons within the last couple years, i.e. since Ellen
resurrected.
Oh wait... I mean since the Resurrection ship went boom. Last edit: I think you're right. The long gap between the Earth episodes must have made it seem like a longer time to me. Cavil was last seen in the destruction of the Hub episode and didn't return until we saw Ellen resurrected. They're laying low, alright.

I really liked that interview.
The business with Chief not being comfortable with his new role inside the fleet? That makes sense. Still, the main thing about it was that this Maureen O'Ryan of the Chicago Tribune knows more about BSG than Jane Espsenson, who writes BSG. And there's another Espenson ep coming up? |

I think everyone is failing to discuss how the brilliant super computer brain of Cavil that had a hand in making the other skin jobs somehow doesn't have
the back up software to restore resurrection. It's actually quite ironic but also moronic. You'd think that someone that was able to mastermind the
torture of the final five by wiping out their memories would've known exactly how to rebuild resurrection. Isn't everything on a server back at the
base colony?

Yeah, 1 resurrection ship??? If your immortality depends on them, wouldn't you have 3 or 4???
They must be hella expensive to build. |

Why no one is addressing the most important part of the episode, the arming of Baltar's cult and Bill and Laura's realization that the Cylones are
already blended with the fleet.
Baltar was spot-on by saying Adama will have to use Centurions to keep order (and he would have) and that a revolution is brewing below the surface and the only solution is human, not Cylon. |

*reads tomersde post*
*nods in agreement* I like your assessment of that. I am going to rewatch the last 2 episodes because I think I missed a few things. |

I guess it was necessary to put Ellen back into the storyline, but it sucks how the main cast is suffering for lack of screen time because of it. Looks like it goes back to normal next week though. I'm SO glad Caprica Six wasn't killed, I was really worried she was going to be. Baltar's storyline is retarded and took up WAY too much screen time. It just doesn't matter at all, or gel with the rest of the show. If the show had gone on longer, maybe it would have made sense to continue with it, but seeing as how we only have 4 episodes left, they should have just dropped it. |

The Chief is a damn fool and deserved to be excuted for the shit he pulled tonight.
Boomer isn't worth it, she's always been a Cavil minion. |

I know. I mean seriously, what the frak?!?
Starbuck plays the damn song. Boomer steals Hera for Cavil. Galactica is now basically dead in the sky. frak me. |

Another overwrought episode.
So I guess we got to see young Daniel tonight. |

This episode pretty much confirmed that Starbuck's dad was Daniel the Cylon without actually saying the words. So was the sequence of events like this:
Helo has Starbuck's dad's Prelude recording, and could have played it for Hera. Hera writes down the notes sorta on the drawing and gives it to
Starbuck possibly because she knows it's Starbuck's record they were holding. Starbuck plays it with Dead Dad's help. The Cylons see the piece of
paper Hera gave Kara and reason that it was Hera who 'heard' the music innately as they did and wrote it down. But really it's dead creative Daniel
who taught Starbuck.
There were a few moments of Hera/Kara interactions that were shown pointedly, I thought, to show the similarities between the two since they're both human-Cylon hybrids. |

I love this show to death, but at some point they need to tackle the "why" as hard as they are the "what" -- and a little deeper than
"this has all happened before," please. They're tap-dancing their asses off to connect the dots, and at this point I think it's become clear
that they had no over-arching plan and are making this up as they go along. Fine - then the fun becomes in watching what outlandish excuse they concoct next.
There's a lot of fun to be had in that, but when you're at the series' end, it's time to say "why" -- why is this happening, why did
any of this happen at all -- what was at stake when all is said and done?

The song at the end of season 4.0 was "All Along the Watchtower" by Bob Dylan. That was the song that initially triggered the Four. Not exactly a
concerto, mind you. Maybe Starbuck is the first Cylon-Human hybrid. Maybe THAT'S the link between Starbuck and Hera.
