Great chart! But what started the mass exudus from Kobul? And who/what attacked Earth? The Final Five created the current crop of skin jobs, yes, but who
warned them about the attack on Earth. There still seems to be some missing element from the backstory. All 13 colonies left Kobul at the same time, and one
entire tribe was Cylon which makes no sense, but whatevs. The only thing that distinguishes the 13th tribe from the humans in my opinion is that they
rediscovered organic download.

It would seem that the original humans on Kobal had the technology to create skinjobs (that could reproduce?). Kobal was nuked by ... Centurion-type Cylons? or
maybe it was destroyed by a natural event. The skinjobs left Kobal as one of the 13 tribes, founded a society on Earth, and then got nuked by ... dunno who ...
although they were 'warned' which suggests it must have been other Cylons. They also mentioned a colony that the humans don't know about. My guess
would be that this is a very new joint-establishment by the old (Earth-based) and new (Centurions) Cylons. That's all I gots.

Was Kobul actually nuked though? It still doesn't explain why the mass exodus. It's certain that Earth was nuked, but by who? It couldn't have
been cylons because that would be genocide. And I don't understand the logic of the original tribes creating the 13th Tribe of Earth. What was their
purpose? Creating skinjobs on Kobul seems stupid because you wouldn't be able to differentiate. And if they were allowed to leave Kobul in peace then
obviously there wasn't bad blood between humans and cylon skinjobs. That only occurred after the original tribes left. Someone's got a lot of
explaining to do.

We've already seen our skin job models split into a war, one model completely destroyed and another boxed. It reminds me (thematically) of A Canticle for Leibowitz. |

Do we know the Lords of Kobol were in fact human/Cylon and not something else? Maybe the tribes left a slave like environment on Kobol, like the Jews in the
bible. The imaginary 6 talked of human sacrifice on Kobol.

I still don't understand why when they went back to Kobol they didn't just stay there. It seemed fine.

There was some sort of prophecy in the Scrolls of Pythia that made them not want to stay on Kobol, I think, that you couldn't stay there without paying a
price in blood. Then the priestess died, Crashdown died, etc. I think. You'd have to go back to mid-season 2.0, (around episodes 5 or 6?) to double
check.

Kobul was occupied by Cylons, I believe. But I still want to know who nuked Earth? And why everyone left Kobul?

IS CAPRICA DEAD?! |

I just got the impression that Liam died, but not Caprica.
I felt that tonight's episode wasn't as exciting as I expected it to be, but I guess it did set up the plot for the endgame of the show. I can't wait until Cavil and the rest of the Cylons show up and wreak some havoc. I'm also intriqued as to what Baltar offered to Adama and why he was willing to just give him and his cult some weaponry... is Helo no longer in charge of the people in the hangar deck? I have no idea what Helo does on the ship anymore... Was he even in this episode? |

yeah this was a very nothing episode. I might need to watch it again though. I thought Ellen coming back would lead to more revalations then just a vote on
leaving. The other Final 5 were all over Anders trying to get info, and it was all garbled. Here comes ellen and knows everything, yet no questions are made
to her??

I thought it was a great ep. Necessary to work Ellen back in to the show and make her mark so to speak with the other Cylons. The way they re-introduced her (a
la her 1st appearance) was especially great. Loved Laura's reaction.
The move in story with Baltar is interesting but Bill's closer at the end spoke volumes. Does anyone think there's any significance to them constantly showing that 6 everytime there was a scene about the repairs? Ellen was in fine form. Loved having her back and as one of the 5. |

To me the Baltar story made little sense -- they've just been through a mutiny and suddenly they're distributing guns to civilians with a grudge
against these Sons of Aries (had we heard of this group before?) Seems like they're asking for another shoot out.
Did the 6 who nuked Colonial One get resurrected? I'm wondering if that's maybe the 6 doing the repairs. How come Boomer didn't get a vote? Or that repair crew 6? We have seen instances of models voting against each other (Boomer did once). Only the cool kids skinjobs got to determine who stays and goes? Not a bad ep but not a great one either. I sense a setup for the endgame. |

From my understand all models vote the same way, except for one instance when Boomer voted against the other 8 to lobotomize the raiders. So yes each
individual does get a vote, but they always vote the same way as the group. Now how one gets to be the speaker for that model I don't know.

When Anders wakes up, will he be singing Captain & Tenille's "Love Will Keep Us Together"? The lyrics of that one fit more than the Dylan
song at this point.
I guess Ellen and Tigh never had a baby together because apparently you need unadulterated twoo wuv to have a cylon/cylon baby? Tigh imagined Ellen when he boinked Caprica. And perhaps Ellen's plumbing was too rusty considering her age. Plus Tigh's been in love with Bill in a totally platonic, but sooooo satisfying way. No wonder he was so cool about Gaeta and Hoshi. LOL. Maybe all those shots of Adama caressing the ship were him looking for the ST <3 WA they carved into it one drunken starlit night. |
