I hope it is the old basestar with the old school cylons where Ellen turns up.

I think I'm one of the few who really dug the original show. I HATED the new mini when it first aired because of the differences. I didn't watch it again until after S1 after eharing so much praise. I definitely enjoyed it more the 2nd time. Not nearly as cheezy as I was expecting and had quite a few nice continuity moments. The eppie where Baltar and several otehr villains picked up adn incarcerated over the course of many episodes broke out was especially cool. |

The old school basestar has to come into the picture again at some point to help 'splain stuff.
But we might have to wait for the Plan. |

Helo has a spread in TV Guide looking so cute. He's going to be a regular in the new Dollhouse show.

What? That's horrible and stupid. She was the one who knew who the final five was. I'd like some pay off for the fact that she saw Ellen's face and
apologized to whomever she apologized to. She was a huge part of this reveal.

I dunno if I buy that. D'Anna was effectively the lead rebel against Cavil. It does give one pause that she wasn't on the base ship bridge during the
jump or no jump decision as Roslin speechified and Galactica descended into chaos.
Particularly with all those damned 8's milling around. Indecisive morons. So is crunchy hippie 6 a 6 we've not seen before? I miss the blonde bombshell red dress mental 6. I hope she didn't trade her stilettos for Birkenstocks. And btw, I am now coming around to why Gaeta led the mutiny, thanks to posts upthread. In retrospect, I guess the critical breaking point was as he said almost getting tossed out the airlock by 4 people, two of whom were skinjobs themselves. I think the writers could've framed his crisis better, far better, instead of letting us wondering WTF. Sloppy writing or that wondrous BSG magic? I think I'd opt for the former on this point. |

I think I read somewhere that Baltar's new Six is named Lida, or something like that. I've forgotten the circumstances under which Head Six stopped
appearing- could someone remind me?

I'm not sure if it has been officially answered or not, but D'Anna's apology could have just been generic, and not to anyone specifically. Sort of
like, "I know we aren't supposed to talk about or even think about the Final 5, and here I am looking at you. Sorry about that."

It turns out I was wrong- in this interview RDM says that D'Anna was apologizing to Ellen. |

According to Ron Moore D'Anna stayed on Earth and lived out the rest of her life. That's just plain stupid, no matter how you slice it. When you're watching this show, it's action-packed and entertaining. But it totally falls about the more you inspect it afterwards. |

If you want to nitpick it, yeah, it does.
I guess I fall into the 'enjoy it while it is on but don't dig too deep' category. I truly love this show regardless of its fatal flaws |

My initial impression was that the new 6 with Baltar was his imaginary one.

I had the opposite impression.
I wondered while watching if the toasters had taken notice of his recent fascination with cult chicks and cooked up this new 6 to keep him happy. |

Maybe Adama is dying, too? What's with all the pills he was popping? That would actually be kind of sad if Roslin somehow survived and Adama died instead,
fulfilling the prophecy.
