I'll have to go back and take a look although I thought he was a bit younger looking. ETA: It's hard to say. The brig guard had hair and most of his scenes are onboard the darkened ship while the doctor was always in day light. It's very close though.

I'm finally up to date, having just finished the latest ep, with the virus trading. Decent CGI for once, them daggone cylon squadrons looked awfully formidable. I'm confused: didn't they just found the route to Earth on Kobol? How come they're not jumping like hell? Instead of being sitting ducks for them daggone cylon squadrons?

Did the cylons copy her from the real thing and replace her when she took the shuttle down to Caprica at the beginning? I'm just wondering if there isn't a human original being kept in a cell somewhere who will return later in the series. Also if you were going to replace someone with a cylon then I'd say Starbuck is a prime candidate as her escape from that hospital seemed pretty weak.

The Sci Fi Channel has picked up its acclaimed series "Battlestar Galactica" for a third season, making official what has been suspected for some time. The cable network has ordered 20 episodes of the show, which will begin production early next year. "Galactica's" pickup comes a few weeks after the renewal of the channel's two "Stargate" series, ensuring that the network's strong Friday-night lineup will remain intact for at least the next year. All three shows will resume their current seasons in early January. The entire principal cast of "Battlestar Galactica," including Edward James Olmos and Mary McDonnell, is set to return for season three. Executive producers David Eick and Ronald D. Moore, who developed the show from the late-1970s ABC series, will also remain with the show. "Battlestar Galactica" has been both a critical and ratings success for Sci Fi. Original episodes consistently draw close to 3 million viewers, and along with the "Stargate" shows helps Sci Fi lead all of cable on Friday nights in the all-important adults 18-49 demographic.

There's a special called SciFi Inside: BATTLESTAR GALACTICA that's been airing in anticipation of what Edward James Olmos called the ass-kicking "back half." You must must must find and watch it. Once again, Jamie BamberApollo speaking in his native tongue, Tricia (swoon) Helfer/#6 & Katie ?/Starbuck feeling all special about each other, Cmdr Apollo & the President prickly about each other, even when being themselves, and a REALLY cute reaction from Grace Park/ whatevernamethefuckingcylonbitchhasnow when asked to comment on pending plot developments. Whatever else it is, it's a terrif refresher course for what seemed like an entire offseason. Btw, I've loved Michelle Forbes ever since she and her gormless dickhead boyfriend drove us cross country. I always have, and I always will.

Is wearing your hair (very ugly hair BTW) down and around your face and shoulders professional? Soldierly? Ick!!! I find it completely distracting and contrary to the storyline. They are trying to make this lady out to be a by-the-book military fanatic, so why is she spending 1 1/2 hours each day in front of the mirror on her hair-do??? Look at Starbuck's hair - that is more realistic as to how a woman should wear her hair while on-duty.

Brings up the thoughts of the Caine Mutiny and thinking that the writers will end up having a court martial for her rather than a good 'ole assissination.
