I know a few people who are panelists for this show and actually got to sit in on some show writings earlier in the day before the show started. The best people on this show are Guy (Homo Staff Guy), Heather McDonald, Natasha Leggero, Loni Love, Hylah Matthews is nothing but professional and sweet, and Josh Wolfe. Everyone else kind of had a stick up their ass. Chelsea is especially polite and really hysterical, and fair. This is a great show built by great people. Chelsea stays afterwards to sign books, arms, papers, anything. She even shakes hands with nearly everyone in the audience between takes and will always rag on them in a tasteful way. She referred to me as "Baby" the three times she met me because she claimed I'm a twelve year old that slipped in through the back. Keep watching, cause these people (especially the panelists) work very hard to produce these shows and it's really a small group of people who make this show go round'.
