Both male sides seem evenly matched but the veteran girls are going to rape and kill the rookie girls. It'll be good to see how Tori and Angel mixed with their team. If the Fresh Meat cast on the veteran side play this right they can eliminate some of the power player veterans. But as it stands, Coral looks like she is a lock to make it to the end on the Vet side since everyone likes and is intimated by her.

Just thinking Coral may be in trouble because I forgot that the Gauntlet's elimination work with the Captain system. For those who forgot each challenge is either a women's day or a men's day. Whichever's team loses, the captain from that gender day must face someone from their own team. The team usually decides who they will face but in some cases the captain decides who they want to face. Since Coral is highly esteemed and a strong female competitor, the girls may select her as captain. Evelyn may also try to elect herself as captain because she thinks she's unstoppable... This challenge and cast has potential now that I think about it!

Remember, they could go back to the first Gauntlet rules where the team has to vote one member in. That would probably cause the most drama. ETA: Groundee, I have no clue. Since it's probably done filming, or will be ending sometime this week I'd probably say it would start airing Mid to Late August.

Posts: 14548 (07/01/07 10:26 PM) Reply Quote More Recent Posts Message Connection Block Invite	The one thing I hate about the Gauntlet/Inferno set-ups is that even if your team wins the challenge, it still sucks cause you have to vote someone from your team into the Gauntlet/Inferno anyway. They should make it so that the losing team has to vote two people into the Gauntlet/Inferno if they lose.

The only thing I didn't like was the people who wanted to go home so they "quit" or faked their gauntlet.

This could be a fun season despite there being 5 out of 7 from Key West and Austin. It's amusing to me that Frank would decide to do his first Challenge NOW 5 years after his season. Yay for Coral being back and Kenny and Brad and Adam and Katie.

No more alumns on Road Rules but some new faces and a REAL season not this film 3 days a week crap they pulled for "Viewer's Revenge". For this challenge I hope Coral takes Angel under her wings because Angel got a bum rap because of Kunty Kina, Selfish Susie, and Tori's AMAZING ability to realize that she was an original pit crew member. I wish Veronica was back though Sadly I think Road Rules was the last time we will see her especially after she could not make it back on the RV after so many tries.

I know people criticize the challenge whores but this really is a sweet deal for those: a.) who have nothing going on b.) are able to take 2-3 weeks off from their job c.) those who make these challenges a career If you fit into any of these categories, it would be hard to pass up a free vacation to S.Africa/Australia/S.America/other nice locations. Your lodging, meals, liquor bills are taken care of AND you get to hang out with "friends" and just have a great time. You get to participate in crazy/fun/stupid challenges AND walk away with some money in your pocket whether you win the grand prize, split the consolation prize, or even just get the stipend for showing up and agreeing to show up.
