I didn't like last night's episode so much. I thought the cold open fell flat, and I did not like the idea of Michael letting Dwight take the fall for something. Michael's thing is that he's a nice guy, but he's completely clueless and lucks into half the stuff that goes right in his life. Him seeing it all the way through and being ready to let Dwight get fired for his mistake without any sort of agonizing seemed very wrong. There were a lot of nice little touches in the show, though. Mindy Kaling's take on Dwight is hilarious.
I enjoyed the show but agree that was out of character for Michael. I did enjoy how everyone rallied around Dwight after catching on to what Michael was up to and the fact that his idea ended up being profitable and he couldn't take credit for it.
