I doubt Karen is the pregnant one - when the guys went to Utica to prank her, she and Jim had been broken up for at least a few months.

Does anyone know where Toby is going? If he's not actually going to Costa Rica, and is instead just going to another Dunder-Mifflin branch, the death or
the pregnancy could be Amy Ryan's character, forcing Toby to come back. Karen's branch would be Toby's destination, which would explain why
she's in the episode. If Amy Ryan was the death, Jan could be both the pregnancy and the proposal (from Michael, doing the right thing).
If there's a firing, I'd split 50-50 on Ryan or Jim. If Ryan is fired, he gets sent back to Scranton where Michael will make his life hell. If Jim is fired, it plausibly delays the proposal. |

I don't see how Jim could be fired, (weren't they raving about him in the corporate interview?), I just hope they don't go in that direction-I mean
because he talks to Pam he's going to get fired? Though it wouldn't surprise me.

Hey Pumpkin, what say we ditch this bitch!
And I doubt Jim would get fired as well. He just got a huge account and David Wallace loves him. I can believe Toby being fired because he touched Pam's knee, though. |

I can't see it being anyone but Ryan.
Why go through the trouble of painting Ryan as a douchebag with a nasty coke habit if he's not going to be fired? |

Well if it's "Goodbye Toby" would it not stand to reason that Toby is being fired? Obviously it could be Ryan but I dont think we can discount
Toby either.

But I was under the impression Toby could only be fired by the head office. Michael has no power over him or he would have been fired long ago.

Nobody said it had to be Michael firing him.

If Ryan is fired from corporate can Michael hire him back at the Scranton office?

I could see Ryan being demoted and being sent back to Scranton, but if this show wants to have any corporate cred at all, someone being fired for performance cannot get rehired at the same company - unless they have a good argument for extenuating circumstances or if they were separated with the explanation of downsizing or corporate restructuring. |

And what the hell would Ryan do at Scranton? This is the guy who couldn't make a single sale.

Don't forget: Michael adores Ryan. That's the only justification he'd need.

Speaking of BJ Novak, does it bother anyone else that he's in the opening credits? Yes, I know he's a writer, but so is Mindy Kaling and she's not
in the credits. yan's hardly one of the lead characters. I wouldn't care so much, but hell, if Ryan is going to be in the credits, can't you
throw some of the others in too?

Yeah I usually fast forward through the credits but I watched them this time for some reason and it really bothered me that he was there. Especially doing the
same ol' thing as always, they could at least update it and portray him as the douche he has become.

This argument about BJ in the credits is as old as the series. Isn't it up to the agents to negotiate billing and credits?
BJ played a slimy lawyer in Reign Over Me and maybe it's me, but it seems like he is only taking douche bag roles. |

I think they should replace B.J. with Ed Helms, since Andy's becoming a much more prominent character in the show than Ryan, and well, he is first in the
little credits when the show starts.
Jim Halpert avatar in preperation for the season finale tomorrow. :D |
