I thought it was a possibility that Michelle might not lose anything given that she almost quit the whole thing earlier in the season. Sometimes the money isn't enough to motivate people, like Isaboo from a few seasons ago, who had enough fat left to beat the winner but instead didn't lose much from the ranch to the finale. I think Kelly from Ali's season also could have beaten Ali if she had not had a herniated disc or whatever.
