Well they have shown Ed in the bad sense him being the last man and all the females pwning him. If him and Heba want to win, they have to double what they have
lost so far...and then some. Not sure if there is enough time.
That' leaves us with Michelle, Renee, and Icki. With the editing, who the hell do you think it's going to be? Kinda obvious like every other year. |

I don't know if it means anything, but Michelle, Heba and Ed have their myspace accounts set to private, and I haven't found an account for Renee yet.
Michelle's comment at the top is "This is getting good!!!"
Amy C.'s account was private until last week. Because of that my guess is that Renee will win which would be awesome! |

It doesn't matter who has lost the biggest percentage or who has gotten the best editing (subjective anyhow)...if you aren't in the final grouping, it
doesn't matter. It only matters THEN.

It only matters THEN.To the extent that the winner is determined only from amongst those who make the finale, I agree. However, "who has lost the biggest percentage" certainly seems to matter to the contestants as they decide whom to eliminate. In fact, I'd love to see the show not reveal the weigh-in numbers to the contestants (only to us at home) and simply have the host announce who was below the line after the weigh-in. That would make it tougher for alliances to know who to eliminate, and would also make things like waterloading much more risky. Also, I think the edit that different contestants get can certainly tell us something about how far they're going to go, and whether they win or not. After all, the producers have almost total control over how the winner will appear. |

I'd love for Renee to win. I'm pulling for her or Michelle, but Renee would be a drastic change from all the past winners. All the other winners have
been relatively young, with the oldest being Bill at 40. It would really show ANYONE can win with her winning as an older female.

daggers, isn't the whole "makeover" deal tied into the Tyra Show?

Yes, the reveal tomorrow night of the makeovers is done on Tyra's show. So right now all of the contestants still in it - will be shown on the show.

Yes but the show is suppose to be inspirational. They want the winner to leave a good feeling in your mouth. At this point if Vicki or Heba is suppose to win, they have a damn weird way of showing it. It seems the editing team goes out of their way to show how horrible they are. At this point, Michelle has the same edit all the past winners have had. Picking the winner out from the show is pretty easy. |

But here's the thing... the winner isn't known yet. So, they can only edit to show finalists in a good light. The rest is up to what the folks do at
home.

You think by now they don't have a damn good idea who is going to win? They film them when they are at home. Again, it seems more than coincidence that
every single winner thus far (esp Ali) has had an OTT winners edit even though "the winner wasn't known!"

A special Biggest Loser episode of The Tyra Banks Show, featuring additional footage from the contestant makeovers, will air Wednesday, December 3
(check local listings for air time).
But designer duds don't replace gym clothes for long. The group gets a larger-than-life message from trainers Bob Harper and Jillian Michael as they traipse through Times Square. With only two more weigh-ins before the show's finale, the final five head back to the Biggest Loser ranch focused on fitness. This week's physical challenge is enough to unravel one gameplayer. But, it's the weigh-in that brings the biggest surprise as two powerhouse players fall below the yellow line. The elimination round shows one contestant's true colors--and they aren't as dark as we thought. How do the final five look after their makeovers? Who loses it at the physical challenge? Who gets eliminated? Don't miss makeover week! TYRA BANKS AND "PROJECT RUNWAY" WINNER CHRISTIAN SIRIANO GUEST STAR It's one of the most eagerly-anticipated events of every "Biggest Loser" season - the makeover episode! This season, the remaining five contestants are whisked away to New York City for amazing makeovers that will show how far they've really come in their weight-loss journeys. After getting new hairstyles at a top salon, the contestants are off to Macy's, where "Project Runway" winner Christian Siriano helps them pick out new outfits to show off their skinnier new figures. Later, after their transformations are complete, the made-over contestants are revealed on the "Tyra Banks Show," unaware that their loved ones are waiting to surprise them! After enjoying a day in New York with their family members, they head back to the "Biggest Loser" ranch. There, the contestants are tested with a wild challenge that becomes a huge victory for one player struggling to overcome her fears. |

It seems like Vicki and Heba are below the yellow line?

That would be my guess. Maybe Ed/Heba because they are big people who can lose a lot of weight? It's really up for interpretation. I think Vicki is the one
who shows her true colors? Maybe she votes Ed off for an all female final 4?

Michelle and Renee have been "powerhouse" players in terms of weight loss, but when it talks about showing their true colors and it not being as dark
as we thought, it has to be a combination of both Vicki and Heba because Michelle and Renee have been edited in a positive light. Vicki lost a lot of weight
last week, so I assume it is going to be her guaranteed in the bottom three, with Michelle and Renee deciding who goes home. My ultimate wish list for the
conclusion of this series: 5th: Ed 4th: Vicki (people's vote) 3rd: Heba 2nd: Michelle/Renee 1st: Michelle Renee I would be happy with either of these two
winning And with the at home people, anyone not on Bob's team I'm all right with. I would like it to be either Amy, Phil, Shellay. We will see,
however.

They give way too much away in these promo e-mails.
In terms of gameplay, Vicky and Heba have been portrayed as pulling most of the strings. However, Vicky and Heba are the players who've been portrayed the "darkest" and are therefore the most likely to suprise us at the elimination round, suggesting that at least one of them stays above the Yellow Line. Michelle and Renee both had monster weeks last week, so they may be at risk. Although all players usually have shitty weigh-ins on the travel episodes. My guess is that Vicky and Michelle go below the Line, and Heba votes out Vicky. If the line-up on the right side of the elimination table is: Renee-Heba-Ed, you'll know that's how it's going down. |
