As for the stock pick...was Marie trying to tell them something? She seemed to be only cutting her paper dollies out of the exact stories they wanted to read!

It was a great episode. I can't wait for next week. The scene that got me the most I think was her dream of the jogger in the park getting
attacked...that really it could be just that easy.

So, is Agent Cooper going to come to the rescue and deal with this freak ghost? Please, pretty please?
This episode had me from the minute it started. I can't imagine not having Medium around next year. Damn Leno. Damn his fat freaking head. |

They should be required by law to make sure we know at the beginning of the show if it's going to be a TBC episode. It's uncalled for to add to our
anxiety level by wondering with only ten minutes left how on earth they're going to wrap this up in only ten minutes. If we have fair warning, we can just
sit back and chill expecting to be left hanging. It's only right.
If Leno messes with our Medium, I think we should all have I Hate Leno bumper stickers made up and festoon cars all across the USA with them.

My DVR listing for next week says, "Joe tries to save his company by using Marie's new gift." So it does look like the paper dolls mean something. MMMadcow, I had the same thought about Cooper. I'd love to see him put the smackdown on the stalker ghost, but I doubt that will happen. I don't
see any redemption for Coop's character any time soon, complex as he is. But it would be awfully satisfying to see!

I don't see Cooper involved as any kind of redemption. More his way of keeping Allison under his thumb. She can't assist him in any way if this psycho
is interfering with her dreams. Even against her will, Cooper could use her talents. Maybe I'm putting too much thought into this.

The first time Scanlon came into the pictue, I thought he was really rotten at the core and it was just a matter of time before it came out, so you can
imagine my sense of triumph when he showed up as the baddie in her dream! Damn you, writers!

Speaking of Scanlon, have they been making him more sour - esp. with respect to Allison - as the years go by, or is that just my imagination? |

I knew it was coming but the way they did the reveal, the lighting of the scene in general and how they kept the photos out of focus until they went in close really got me for some reason. Plus the stalker being so anonymous and faceless until he was seen in death and in her dreams was really spooky. |

scary (and badass) episode indeed. I love this show. I hope NBC gets a clue and gives it another season.

I can't believe it either!
This show can't be on any earlier than 10/9 central! Ugh! |

That last scene where he leaned in and said "Bitch" was oddly scary. The intensity of what he said coupled with how he got right in close to her face
was just unnerving to me.

^me too and it almost felt like he spit in my face as he said it? LOL!
They always time her jolts up from her dream perfectly within the scene. |

I just finished catching up, from both the time travel ep and the stalker ep:
Whoa. The stalker death bathtub shot: coolest thing ever filmed? Between the both of them, what with Ali pre-initial contact with the Texas Rangers, and now issues with another irritated dead guy tracking her? THIS! This means Captain Push's ticker finally gave out, he has joined the choir eternal and will soon be joinining Ali. Not Agent Cooper no more. Capt. Push. Again, your thoughts about the stalker death water shot? The coolest thing ever filmed? |

It's up there. I think Terminator SCC has had some better ones (FBI massacre, some others I can't think of right now, I know they have had a few
awesome scenes)
eta: nah I just watched 'em both. This one is better than the FBI massacre you can watch it again here: http://www.nbc.com/Medium/video/clips/the-devil-inside-part-1/1088957/

The stalker death scene is the coolest thing I've seen on TV since Sunday's episode of BREAKING BAD. The production values on this show are usually
very good and quite underrated. Another well-done, but chilling scene was the dead kid in the doll packaging last season.

First off ?
I cant wait to see how they end this . Because of how they started it with the content of his letter to her . That is a common belief system , that is a mind fucker to begin with just on this side . Throw in having to deal with it on the other side ? Gonna wait to see how they end it before I say more . |
