Brotherhood has been renewed for a third season.
The bad news: It will only be 8 episodes. I love most cable shows, but this trend of shorter and shorter seasons is getting annoying. What's next, a 3 episode season? |

I just finished watching season 3. I'm actually pretty happy with the end. I won't spoil in case people haven't seen S3 yet.

I loved Brotherhood. I love all of those "New England/New Jersey/Not New York" mob shows.
Brotherhood was an acquired taste. It moved at a pace that most did not get. Great performances by great actors. In a setting that must be lived to be understood. I am glad Showtime gave us three seasons. That was unexpected. It ended as it began. Michael on the run. Nice touch. Thank you, Showtime. |
