Wow this finale sucked...
Agreeance, except for the last 13 minutes or so. It didn't feel like a finale at all until after the "You're FIRED" part, which Cuddy didn't mean, anyway.
Have the writers run out of ideas?

Someone said Kutner was on tonight - was he?

kutner was part of his hallucination, once he realized he was hallucinating. ctb was with him.
eta: yeah, you're probably right, sld, about the 13 minutes. but i think it worked bc they didn't rush it. they had the viewer in his fantasy world with him.

I'm new to watching the show, but I kind of liked these past 2 episodes.

Why did house have lipstick on his face, btw? OH! and Wilson talking to cuddy was a hallucination too? wtf? When was he hallucinating all this?

I'm not entirely sure how I felt about all that. Kinda happy the Cuddy/House sex wasn't real since it would have major shark-jumping potential.
(Daphne/Niles anyone?) I assume this means House has decided he's schizophrenic since that was the other option after severe addiction in the last ep. I
dunno... It's not the worst finale I've seen, leaves me curious about next season. Not the best one either.

I liked the finale... definitely will get me back next season, even though I would watch anyway. It was strange how nice he was to Eugene.... why was that? OMG
so many questions

So he didn't have the lipstick at all? It was really a bottle of vicodin?

Why would they take him to some old time scary mental institution instead of a regular, nice rehab facility? It's obvious he's been hallucinating
because of all the pills.
Seeing Kutner even as a hallucination made me cry a little. |

Maybe he has drug induced schizophrenia. A friend's brother got that when he was in his early 20s.

Many pyscho wards here in NJ are old and ugly looking. They will probably start the next season with House still as an in-patient at this facility. He will be in for close to 4 months once the new season starts. |

if he's a schizo doesn't that mean he loses his medical license?

Place was creepy as hell looking. Stuck back in the woods and all brick with bars on the windows. I tried to find a picture of it but they've remodeled it so I can't find any when it was scary looking. |

House realized that he never did detox and everything since the last episode was a hallucination. So he figures it's mental illness and that's why he
goes to the psych hospital.

I thought it a pretty good season finale. I'm hoping that next season will show us House as the psychiatric patient, how he deals with all that happens in
that situation.
