I just watched Monday's ep. Does anyone else think that House is hallucinating the whole "Cuddy/cold turkey" sequence? Maybe
he's in a coma from that insulin overdose.

I kinda wondered the same thing. He's so addicted to Vicodin he's hallucinating, but all it took was one night with Cuddy and no pills to detox? Seemed
a bit convenient. Who knows, though. Maybe they're just trying to move the plot along so they can take a new direction.

House has to be halucinating, there is no way in hell he would be on his feet (or have the energy to screw) after only a 12 hour detox. There is no way he would detox that fast - shit, it took me over 2 weeks to detox off of painkillers. House is a new man the next morning? I'm not buying it, even for a TV show. |

I'll be annoyed whether it's a hallucination or not. If it is a hallucination, they pretty much did the same thing at the end of season 2, except it was because he got shot in the neck. If it wasn't a hallucination...well, you guys already covered that, lol. |

cindi, the show ended at the kiss, I think. previews then showed House BRAGGING about sleeping with Cuddy (to Foreman).
just doesn't seem right. gotta be a hallucination. this way, they can have the sex for everyone (the viewers) to enjoy, without ruining the show. :D |

If you watch previews closely though, there's a shot of them kissing with Cuddy in her bra and panties. So we may get to see more of what went on.
I don't think it's a hallucination. I hope not since we've been that route already. I, like most everybody else, have an issue with his 24 hour miracle detox. As a heavy addict, it would have taken him about 2 weeks of serious, painful withdrawal before he could really even function. But it's TV so I'll cut them some slack. |

I doubt the whole thing's just a hallucination, just because that would be a recycled plotline. The show sucks for having House and Cuddy have filthy
jungle sex already, but they'll find a way around that, and probably just ignore the detox miracle.

sadly, Kutner is dead. The actor went to work for PResident Obama in some capacity (speaking of Mr Prez--- he's the commencement speaker at my
sister's graduation day after tomorrow!)
Cuddy and House had sex in college-- I think. I seem to recall them talking about it once. I'm pretty sure it wasn't since they have worked together. Re the detox. My husband was hooked on pain meds for 10 years. Decided to go cold turkey. Died 5 days later. SO, it really is not a good thing for them to show that on tv. Might make some other person choose to try it at home on their own. Not a good idea. |

Hmmm.....not sure how I felt about that. I'm glad they fixed the "drug free in 24 hours" thing but I hate that they've done 2 hallucination

i missed last week, and i've only watched for 2 seasons now, so i missed that the hallucination was done before -- so that's maybe why i thought this
was GREAT and you all hate it....
loved it. but i agree that these 2 who just got married can be gone next season. |

from there. Had the episode number in less than 30 seconds. It's episode 16 of season 3.
