I hate to say it. Killing off Tony, Michelle, and David Palmer all in 20 minutes was a huge fucking mistake to begin with. <3 Tony. I wish they'd bring back Michelle to. David's death sucked, but was the plotline for season 5, so... Eh.

On January 13th and 14th, I think. But it's going to be a two-hour event as opposed to the four-hour event they've done the past couple of seasons. That way the new episodes will run from January until June, as opposed to ending in May sweeps. I think it's a good idea. The show really shot its wad in the first 4 hours last season. Are you really bitching about the suspension of belief in 24 as if you hadnt already gone so fricking far out there anyway? They will have a fantastic explanation that will be more than satisfying and in addition they will be bringing back the second best character in 24 history (shut the fuck up Chloe fans). So with that being said, I eagerly anticipate 2008. Merry X-Mas, Happy New Year see you in January.

Being the 24 star's second DUI in the past five years, by California law, if convicted, he must serve a minimum of five days in jail. Sutherland, who was stopped after making an illegal U-turn, was transported to a Hollywood police station and later released on $25,000 bail. Sources tell TMZ he was "cooperative and mellow" while in custody. Sutherland is scheduled to face a judge on Oct. 16.

I'm surprised he allowed himself to be arrested....I would think the headline would read "TWO HEAVY ARMED COPS IN WEST HOLLYWOOD FOUND BEATEN TO DEATH; MAN SEEN FLEEING WITH NAPSACK"....

I guess the "Dammit, you have to trust me, it's a matter of national security" line doesn't work in real life.

According to TV Tattle, it won't interfere with the filming of the show.
