I like how they left the series open for a new season, what with John and SC battling Skynet in two separate time zones, but they seemed to go out of their way not to answer any lingering questions. So proto-Skynet was behind the factory and the flying thingies. Fine. How come it didn't unleash a wave of terminators on the gang way back when. And when SC got knocked out in the factory and picked up by the flying thingie, why did it return her? No explanation. Likewise, I loved seeing the Turk again, bringing the story back to its origin, but weren't the people hunting for it supposed to be Skynet types? And now it turns out that it was in the hands of the anti-Skynet types? Anyhow, note how they planted Danny Dyson in there. Probably the big bad if there's a renewal.

He activated the time changing thingy and got the hell up outta there - now that he didn't need a cord to plug in anymore. 4. This was related to the Carter ship that the T1000 was asked to join and said "no". This was so she would know that Weaver = T1000 5. I think it was the priest's daughter. I don't remember her but maybe she was in the church that day Sarah & John came in there. They seemed to know her. I also thought she was the chick from the first couple of shows of the season. From the gang's house (that made Sarah & John some passports).

No one has answered this right yet. She's the girl who was with the gang (girlfriend of the gang leader?) that made false documentation for the Connors back when they first arrived in the present. In the first season finale, the gang was killed by the people who had stolen the turk and who wanted to contact Sarah for her to buy it from them. The girl was the only survivor and went to Sarah to tell her what happened and then drove the crew down to where the people were based. Maybe John-from-future gave Cameron a faulty chip so it could be used to corrupt Skynet code? 2. I'm guessing Cameron's chip took over the system after rendering much of it useless by corrupting it and then decided to run and hide - don't know why though, perhaps to lure Weaver? 3. John who seems smitten just wants to get Cameron back and Weaver's motive was, ostensibly, at least, to find John Henry, but I'm not sure about her motives for asking John to go. It seems if John goes too far into the future than he won't be there to lead the fight against Skynet, which could also explain why no one's ever heard of him in the future he goes to. 4. It's probably some kind of coded message to inform (or mislead) Cameron about who Weaver really is. 5. She's not important to the story as far as I can tell.

What's the point of that? Why not just team up with Shirley Manson and seriously go after any last remnants of proto-Skynet? Seriously, this show is cheapened by the fact that anyone can jump anywhere and anytime in the past or future. It just doesn't seem to make any sense to me.

Does that make sense? That T-1000 was likely the Shirley Manson T-1000 then. But why would it then answer "no" after it jumped forward with John in an alliance to destroy Skynet.

She knew Cameron knew the question. Not sure why Cam didn't accept the offer of an alliance.... Or did she? And did she "join" John Henry, like the spolier indicated? He did have a spot in his skull for her. The spolier nailed several things. The talk between John and Cam. Cam giving her chip to JH. "Cam" busting Sarah out. The KH attack on Zeira corp. Sure seems someone saw some real footage. Heck.. maybe that was all in previews I didn't see. Not sure what the deal with the Eel was. A separate T-1000? Spare parts? Why would she be keeping extra mass floating around in a tank? Two places at once? Anyhow, I'm a bit disappointed in the ending. I like that we'd get more John Henry and Weaver action. But now seems we're in the future where John Connor never existed. It's like a cliche'd It's a Wonderful Life plotline. He's going to realize he has to go back or something.

Obviously I'd like a third season more, but better they go out with a whole truckload of loose ends, old and new, than trying to cram a satisfying conclusion into the last one or two episodes. In a way they're practically giving us the template for what season 3 would be with Sarah, Ellison and Savannah in the present and John learning how to establish himself as the messiah in the future. Plus exploring the human Cameron was based on and her complicated relationship with John. Plus more BAG. I'm confident season three would be awesome.
