What a great way to start season 2. I'm so glad this show wasn't cancelled. All last season I was just waiting for the dreaded news.
I think the casting is superb and I have no complaints. Shockingly, I actually like Brian Austin Green in his role. Who knew "David Silver" could actually be sort of hot. I feel ashamed thinking how hot the kid who plays John Connor is. He is jailbait and I must not see him as a hot brooding hero. Shirley Manson is a fantastic addition. She is so cold and evil looking and when she revealed herself as a T1000 model . . . WOW. Finger poke right through the skull. She is going to be fun to watch. |

Agreed. Shirley was awesome. Her accent is so hot, love her. The end was a major omgwtf moment for me cause I was not at all expecting her to be a Terminator. I thought for sure I would have heard that by now, glad that went unspoiled. I mean I was figuring something was gonna happen once we had the scene of the guy in the bathroom, but I thought she was just gonna walk in and shoot him or something, I wasn't expecting her to be a terminator too. Cool to see they're gonna have one of the transforming liquidy terminators too, I had just been wondering when one would show up. Great season premiere. Best episode of the series I'd say. The montage with the Shirley song at the beginning was great. This show really knows how to use the music montage, from the Johnny Cash one in the finale last season, to this one. One thing which is a major "meh" from me is the "John gets a love interest" shown in the season trailer at the end. Ugh. I hope shes not completely worthless. |

I hope that storyline is going to be something decent. I don't want John turned into a dopey, infatuated moron. |

I only have my usual beef of Cameron going from perfect human one minute to lumbering robot the next. Otherwise it was excellent! Yeah the love interest thing
doesn't look so hot. Maybe he is trying to find a real girl so he can stop feeling like a freak for wanting to bone a terminator

One weird thing. When John shaved his head, he looked a little like Christian Bale who is playing John in the new Terminator movie. (younger version of course)

And why have Cam ask Sarah to call for John, when she can mimic her voice? And did she lose her super-hearing? John huffing and puffing and banging around in the garage should have caught her attention just as easily as an engine turning over. And since it's always seemed that all SkyNet needed around to come into existence is left-over Terminator parts (gotta get them all), why not use all these Terminators it's sent into the past to create itself, instead of trying to work the Turk? I liked it.

Maybe without the Turk having been the Skynet Model T, there could be no Humvee? Anyhow, the more I reflect on the ep, the more and more I liked it. Agreeance with the thought that this was better than the season 1 eps. Nicely done, Fox. Did anyone use a urinal today and not think of Shirley Manson? I couldn't. |

I think you're paranoid.
I have come to the conclusion that Skynet was always going to happen or more precisely, Skynet will always happen now. There's no way to stop it as somebody else will ultimately create it. I say this because there's no way to explain the loop of John Connor. But now all Skynet can do is try to stop John while also padding the deck towards them. |
