I can't believe she survived that explosion virtually intact! But that was a great beginning, and I love that the nutso Terminate switch has been flipped
on in her.

Has the budget gone up this season? Between the writing (and montages), acting, and special effects, the show just looks phenomenal. Last season was great,
but this is easily one of if not the strongest episode so far...

So, um wait... is she still evil & just covering her ass? Or is she good now? I sort of missed that because someone was talking to me. I saw the red
"terminate" & then missed something other than that they were all still standing there looking none-too-pleased. WTF?
eta: okay- I guess they just answered that for me. Meanwhile YES I'd say their budget has gone way up this season! Oh my Miss Manson!

Yay! Made it home for the first dialogue-free scenes. Glued to the TV since then.

I think it was a great twist to have Shirley be an Agent Smith - a machine that's learned to hate humans. And of course, T-1000 effect is nostalgic
coolness. Glad they decided to go right to the T1000 so I could stop wondering if they were ever going to. However, I hope they don't bring in an
electro model like in T3.

I'd managed to preserve the season 1 finale, rewatched it, and went directly into this.
Folks, this show isnt't missing a step. Dunno what to think about Cameron's reprogramming. The whole "I love you and you love me" exchange was a tetch too evil terminator for a the normal protective Taminator of season 1. Plus she said it while being crushed between two semis. How come her software suddenly fixed itself in that situation? The next time my computer crashes, should I wedge it between a pair of semis and hopes that it loves me again? If it ever did to start with, which I doubt? Anyhow, so how'd the Homicide Life on the Streets photog dweeb snag the Turk? I liked how the Shirley Manson Model was worried about him, but had we seen him in season one? |
