Oh No!!! Golden Girl Sent To Hospital!!!
Poor Rue McClanahan was taken to the hospital after suffering from acute cardiac illness! We're told that as of now, she is feeling much better, but she will remain hospitalized for the time being to keep a close eye on the Golden Girl's big, beautiful heart. Rue was to be appear at a special event in her honor next week in San Francisco but now will be forced to cancel. She released a statement saying: "My darlings, I'm just devastated that I am going to have to miss my own tribute at the Castro Theatre. Unfortunately, my doctor has laid down the law, and I'm currently having some maintenance on the old ticker. Trust me, I'd much rather be in San Francisco having fun and being adored by all of you." There will be plenty of time for that once you have gotten some rest! They'll be waiting with a cheesecake and lots of love when you get back on your feet! My teenage daughter has discovered the GGs. This will send her into a panic. Bad enough there are two less girls. If Rue and Betty go...I don't want to

If you haven't yet, you should check out "The Proposal" with Sandra Bullock. Betty White plays RR's grandma and is hilarious in the
stripper/bachelorette party scene.
