I liked the show. It's not mind-blowingly impressive, but it's decent and it held my interest. Too many flashbacks for my liking, though. And the colors were a bit too saturated for my poor eyes.

I thought it was good. The best part was when the inspector opened her locker and it was empty and had a picture of him in a heart. That cracked me up.

I liked it. Although that dad needs a kick in the ass. Who's your daddy, indeed. I like the biker element. I want Veronica to get some good dirt on the new sherriff. He must have been frightened by The Wizard of Oz as a small child.
All in all, not a waste of an hour. |

I was surprised by the strong content for a "teen" show. How many TV series heroines get gang-raped (in the pilot yet)?

I saw some of it but then I was dragged out by my friends it looked good and interesting and will give me my Chloe fix until she is back on Smallville. Hopefully it doesn't get cancelled I heard it got pretty good reviews from the critics.
Wow I watched almost and 1 & 1/2 of UPN primetime tonight. Thats more then I usually watch of UPN in a month. |

They're moving it to Tuesdays, but I really think they should put it on Fridays. No good shows are on Fridays.
Paris Hilton's in the next episode though... Ugh. |

Well, MTV had a little advertisement for it on their MTV NEWS thing and according to my TV Guide it says it's going to be on MTV at 7/6 c.

I wasn't as quite over the moon about this show as the critics. Ummm, what part of being kicked out of the "cool squad" suddenly makes you be able to hold down the fort at your dad's work and keep up in AP classes? Does getting rejected by a boyfriend make one go grunge? Little mysteries like these make it hard to buy anything in this show.
Another mystery - why does Veronica's hair look completely different in every shot? Even those that are supposed to take place at the same time as the one before? To the make up people: Pick a "look" and stick to it for the entire scene. If her hair can't handle it - pick a new style. Another mystery - just how corrupt am I supposed to believe that the average cop is? I know they exist, but it just seems odd when they are cast as the "dark force". I guess I'm a bit more optimistic than to find that believable. BTW - As much as I believe highschool students are generally apathetic - usually the ones in AP tend to raise their hands and they do not avoid all eye contact with their teachers. I love the actor who plays the dad however. I will give this another go for his sake - but so far the show seems to be a bit over rated. |
