This show is starting to piss me off. There are definitely some funny moments, but the story is sooooooooo stretched. Nancy would have been dead 12 times
over, and Celia too. And a shop run like that as a front? No fucking way. I can suspend disbelief to an extent but it's really starting to bug me.
Not that I'll stop watching (yet), but just saying..

You can't take Weeds seriously on any level, otherwise the whole thing falls apart. You have to watch it with the same suspension of disbelief as you
would when watching Heroes or 24.

I really don't like the direction Celia's character has been going in these past few episodes. It's actually pissing me off that the drug front
business is being run like a crackhouse, and I want someone to pistol whip Celia again, she is an annoying druggie. She's much funnier as an uptight,
hypocritcal, selfish wench.
I've always thought Nancy sucked, but I like her more this season than last. More Doug, Andy, Shane, and Isabelle please. |

I actually think this season has the makings to be the best season ever. This show hits so many notes from sexy, slap stick, sarcastic, and surreal. For me
the best moment was when the girls (lets call them Miley and Hannah) lift up their shirts and have Shane Botwin on their stomachs, for me that is so
brilliant/creepy. I'm also really digging the Andy and Doug stuff, I kind of wish that Doug would get a spin off when this show ends.

Now it's starting to get disturbing, and a little confusing. The tunnel is being used for what exactly? Sex slaves? And the stuff they drank--not
peyote, but what? Better than peyote? Why didn't the guy want Nancy to drink it? I wasn't even high when I watched it.
Next week's previews on the website look kickass, though. |
