Poor Shane is forced to deal not only with his medical treatments, but also the emotional pain of his parents' breakup.

Eventually Roxy sees that HER secret (keeping Rex's daddy as the true bone marrow donor) secret is costing Rex and Gigi happiness. So, Foxy Roxy decides it's time for her to take action. But what exactly does that mean? Eeegads, would Roxy actually expose Rex's daddy? Or would she so something else? Aisde from talked to her stuffed beaver.

The Balsoms-Morascos aren't the only ones who find themselves up love's creek without a paddle. Marty, needing some distraction from the whole Cole paralyzing Matthew drama, decides now's the time to finally pursue ex-detective/sexy bartender John. Problem is he just married half-dead Blair to save her kids from Todd's clutches. Even better, he has to move into La Boulaie. How will he fare in that witch's cauldron? Blair strives to make her new marriage work, but that pesky Marty keeps popping up in her life. She'll quickly learn that Marty is the least of her problems.

Love is clearly in the air because not one, but two ladies find themselves charmed by recently-cleared wife-murderer Ray. Yes, Tea and Dorian vie for his affections. Dorian slaps him after he kisses her, but soon she finds he's haunting her dreams. Thusly, she is not pleased when Tea decides to ask him out on a date. So Dorian crashes their date and makes a point of making out with Jackie McNaughton who happens to be the person Todd wants to take care of John. And by take care of John, we mean send him into the Llantano River with concrete shoes.

John has a lot on his plate this week because he's still trying to piece together who the town's latest serial killer is. Todd and Marty both look like potential victims, unbeknownst to them. John teams up with dorky but hunky Officer Fish to identify the killer before it's too late and Marty or Todd die again. But things take an unexpected turn when new evidence points to a VERY surprising culprit.

In a bit of fun news, the Gannons return to town this month. First up is Hank Gannon, Nora's ex-husband before Bo, who comes riding in on his white horse to help out in the aftermath of Matthew's injury. Just what Clint needs, ANOTHER of Nora's exes to further fray their deteriorating relationship. On April 7, he joined by more family when her daughter Rachel returns and becomes involved in the Matthew crisis in a surprising way. Look for "Passions" star Daphnee Duplaix to take over the role. The cherry on top of this all is RJ, who returns to find his ex lady love (and our favorite lady lawyer) Tea Delgado doing the Todd dance again.

Another past Llanview-ite returns to town, but it's not a Gannon. And it's not someone Todd or Marty is going to be happy to see. When all is said and done, no one is going to be happy to see this person, given the total heck this person causes for half the town (we're look at you, Starr and Cole).

Todd takes a little time to enjoy the (Llan)view and acts on his impulses with a certain lady lawyer we love. And his son Jack takes a page from Todd's playbook and decides to give blackmail a try. Kids -- they grow up so fast, don't they? Tea, meanwhile, gets yet another unlikely client who's wound up in the slammer after being (wrongly?) accused of murder.

Cole continues to struggle with drug abuse and manages to pull one of his friends into the mud with him. Starr's there for him during all this, and the two make some major inroads with each other. Unfortunately, Starr's attempted seduction of her biology teacher doesn't help things. Especially when Todd gets wind of it (Hide, Schyuler). And Lola proves herself to be one to watch when she gets all tangled up in this. Stacy, you may have some competition for bad girl-ness. Although you are still our favorite stripper after Nomi Malone.

Folks, this isn't even the half of it. We don't want to ruin any surprises, but trust us when we say there are plenty of them. As always, it's a wild ride on "One Life to Live."

Oh, we can't believe we forgot. Another Llanview resident gets stabbed in the back - literally. Yes, it's curtains for another character. And we're not talking "Officer #2" or "cater waiter." We mean someone in the opening credits.

Oh, and it looks like three couples are going to reunite.

Rumor is that Talia is the next victim of the killer. I doubt Fish is the killer since the killer has a past with Marty. It will be someone from Marty's past.
