I saw Anger Management and I knew there was something special about one of the girls in that film. But it never registered with me that was Jan.

Funny, I know about IMDB and I've used it in that way before, but for some reason, it just never occurred to me that I could find all of Jan's work in that way. I guess I'm just dim.

Either that, or maybe there's something special about the name "January". I've never heard of anyone with that name before.

One thing that seems out of whack to me is that Pete is now a partner (if I understood the deal correctly) but Peggy has no real enhanced status. Unless anyone does anything for her, she will remain a copy writer.

I guess she will likely become an account manager at the start of the next season. But there is a huge disparity between Pete the partner and Peggy the account manager. If nothing else, the financial aspect should be huge.

Even in 1964 terms and dollars, Pete should be taking home about $100K per year (or more - maybe even much more). But Peggy will likely be making around $10K. That is ten times more money for Pete and although we finally got to see his talent spelled out, Peggy has a comparable level of talent and it seems ridiculous to me that she would be treated so unfairly (both financially awa in terms of her status in the firm).

Pete will have a private office and a secretary and maybe even a staff. Peggy will likely have at most one secretary - just like before.

I may be missing something here. But maybe this will be a major story line in the next season where they show Peggy coming of age?
