My download is at 25%, so I've still got about 3 or 4 hours left. Slow going, but hopefully worth it.
:) No batsignal, I've just been checking Mininova and Isohunt every so often since the Dexter episodes leaked. It's that time of year again, and it seems like there's a new pilot out there every day. Oh, and the "Chuck" pilot (the new series from Josh Schwartz) has also leaked but I don't feel like starting a new thread for it. Weeds Season 3 Episode 2 is also up. Gotta love the Internet. |

I've got a major exam coming up in October and there's no way my DVR will be able to store all the episodes that I won't be able to get to until November. Guess I better start downloading.

A lot of pilots for new fall shows are leaking right now because of the Critics Press Tour going on right now.
I was shocked this show leaked today considering ABC's doesnt start till either tomorrow or the day after, I forget. This was the one I was looking forward to most. Downloaded "Aliens in America" which was surprisingly great and hilarious - and Sarah Connor Chronicles which I haven't seen it. ETA: Just finished watching it. It has cancellation written ALL OVER IT. In other words, it's stupendous. |

Just finished watching it. To say that it's quirky would be an understatement.
It's an interesting show, but it definitely won't be everyone's cup of tea.

I didn't hate it. That's about the best I can say, unfortunately.
I usually like the quirky, offbeat, excessively-languaged shows, but this one really doesn't strike a chord with me. I can tell that some people will LOVE it, but I probably won't be watching it as more than someone who can't stand to give up on a show unless it truly stinks (like DH). I wouldn't even call myself a casual fan. |

Chenoweth seemed a tad underused/underdeveloped/unnecessary -- but I hear she plays a much greater, important role in the story, according to show creator Fuller.
I can't get over Anna Friel. What a find. She's amazing in this, as was Lee Pace - he was also fantastic. I'm just in love with this show. Seen it twice already today. I really hope it catches on - but ProbstFan is right. Quirky is an understatement. |
