Episode 3.03 -- "One of Us, One of Them"
WHEN FOUR VILLAINS LAY SIEGE TO A BANK, ANGELA (CRISTINE ROSE) SENDS H.R.G. (JACK COLEMAN) AND HER DANGEROUS, NEW WALKING WEAPON IN AFTER THEM --- When four ruthless, powerful Villains -- "Knox" (guest star Jaime Hector), Flint (guest star Blake Shields), The German (guest star Ken Lally) and Jesse (guest star Francis Capra) -- bust into a bank and take hostages, Angela (Cristine Rose) sends H.R.G. (Jack Coleman) and his shocking, new empowered partner in after them. Determined to derail a cataclysmic future, Peter (Milo Ventimiglia) must first find what he lost along the way. Meanwhile, Hiro (Masi Oka) and Ando (James Kyson Lee) track Daphne (guest star Brea Grant) and part of "the formula" to Germany, but run afoul of The Haitian (guest star Jimmy Jean-Louis). Horrified by her ability, Tracy Strauss (Ali Larter) leaves Washington, D.C. to search for answers about Niki. A distraught Claire (Hayden Panettiere) asks Meredith (guest star Jessalyn Gilsig) to teach her how to fight. As his romance with Maya (Dania Ramirez) intensifies, Suresh (Sendhil Ramamurthy) finds himself unprepared when his experiment yields some unexpected results. Adrian Pasdar, Greg Grunberg and Zachary Quinto star. Randall Bentley, Ashley Crow, Noah Gray-Cabey, Ronald Guttman and Ntare Mwine guest star.

Seeing a future where nearly everyone has abilities, a world destined for destruction, Peter resolves to prevent this earth-shattering end -- whatever the cost -- and so takes on a dark, unwieldy ability to save the world -- gambling (wrong) that it won't destroy him and everything he loves first. After allowing Angela's (Cristine Rose) half of "the formula" to be stolen, Hiro (Masi Oka) and Ando (James Kyson Lee) set out to uncover the identity of the Villain who hired Daphne (guest star Brea Grant) -- and must consult with the person who knows these rogues best…Adam Monroe (guest star David Anders). After the bloodbath at the bank, H.R.G. (Jack Coleman) resolves to get rid of his new partner. Meanwhile, determined to be a hero, Claire (Hayden Panettiere) hits the road after one of the Villains from H.R.G.'s old files. Suresh (Sendhil Ramamurthy) gives in to impulse. Linderman (guest star Malcolm McDowell) and Molly (guest star Adair Tishler) return in unexpected manners. A new romance ignites between two Heroes. Ali Larter, Adrian Pasdar, Greg Grunberg, Zachary Quinto and Dania Ramirez star. Randall Bentley, Ashley Crow, Jessalyn Gilsig, Ronald Guttman, Jamie Hector, Jimmy Jean-Louis, Ntare Mwine and Thomas Robinson guest star.

- Some of the 12 want revenge on HRG for bagging and tagging them.

- Knox's power is that he gain's strength in the presence of fear.

- Some of the villains were wrongly put behind bars and may not be as bad as you think.

- Future Peter takes present Peter and hides him in the body of a prisoner named Jesse. After the jailbreak, Future Peter freaks and goes to the bank hostage situation trying to retrieve present Peter.

- Matt's African guide IS the new precog painter.

As for their powers:

- Flint: can produce and manipulate blue flames (for everyone that will eventually ask the question, blue flames are hotter then regular flames)
- Jesse: can project concussive blasts of energy through his voice
- Doyle: can control people through the use of "virtual strings" (this is how USA Today described it; whether this is telepathy or persuasion or something else, I have no clue)
- The German: can manipulate magnetic fields using metals, i.e Magneto
- Knox: can feed off the fear of other people which heightens his strength

Samedi and Stephens powers haven't been revealed yet, the article at USA Today also reveals that Flint has a family connection with one familiar Hero.
