It's hard to tell if she's from Steve's past before Kayla or during Steve's dead years. There's been some rumors that Ava could possibly be Marina Toscano (Ernesto's daughter) hence Ava's powerful father. There's also been rumors that her father could be Orpheus, Victor, Morgan's father.

And the writing for Max & Stephanie has been horrid. The writers are trying so hard to forget about Max & Stephanie being family.

Scene 1: Max is upset about his fathers death. Stephanie comforts him but Max doesn't say shit about Stephanie losing her grandfather.

Scene 2: Stephanie is sad about her grandma but Max is long gone from the scene.

I say end Stax and have Max date Morgan or have Max leave the show. I'd much rather see a Stephanie/Nick/Chelsea triangle then see Stephanie act like a horny school girl to her uncle.

I watched the funeral episode lastnight. It was a great funeral. Ed Scott has done a wonderful job with the past 2 funerals.

Loved the scenes with the Brady kids. Patsy Pease is still a great actress.

The ending with Chloe singing and everyone going up to the casket was a real tear jerker. The end with Caroline saying goodbye was very emotional.

I loved the scene when Kimberly confronted Victor.

The only thing I hated was all the talk about family members not coming. Frankie couldn't make it, Austin/Carrie/Will couldn't make it. (Although, Christie Clark was rumored to return for the funeral but she's 6 months pregnant in real life and lives in SF.) Shane/Andrew/Jeannie couldn't make it. I hate when they don't bring back characters for funerals.

LOVED the flashbacks. It's quite obvious Caroline's had a few face lifts Also, loved seeing Alice in a flashback. I hope Frances is doing better. Mary Beth Evans told some fans at a fan event that she's been quite ill lately again.
