I am sort of looking forward to the return of Anna Dimera. I started watching DAYS at the tail end of her run. I picked Vivian to come back on the survey. One of the things I always liked about the show was the humor. Calliope, Mike Horton (when he was played by Michael T. Weiss) and Viv were generally fun to watch. DAYS is in desperate need of that right now. |

Lucas is a bore. A stupid, insufferable bore. Played by an aging actor who is no longer hot. And I hate Bryan Datillo and TPTB for perpetrating this nothing character on us for 14 years just to continue the Kate-Sami feud. Him and Sami together are like brother and sister making out. Gross. There is a reason we got no bed scenes but one during their entire engagement and no honeymoon nookie, but instead made those things all about EJ. Because Lucas and Sami are not hot together at all. They had something before their first wedding but that Stan crap screwed it all up and it will never work again. Thank God the show seems to finally see that and Lucas is out of the spoilers for coming weeks and the stuff that is coming up in Monday's episode is all about EJ and Sami.
And you know it's funny watching the SoapNet repeats how at the beginning of the week Lucas was all talking tough about taking on E.J. with all his "evidence" that would put E.J. behind bars and not caring a whit that his mom was going down mid-week but by the end of the week he was going through the want ads wondering if he did the right thing since he screwed away all his career opportunities. DUH!!! Maybe you should have thought of that before you sabotaged your own career in a futile attempt to get one up your boss and your mom for them being right about your wife keeping secrets from you. I hope they make Lucas the jealous husband about all the time Sami and Ej spend together and he starts drinking again. Then and only then I might find him interesting. |

I always felt the character had potential, but like so many others on the show, he stopped any character growth at about year 2 of his stint. Same with Sami. I'm just not into a Sami and EJ pairing, and see no need for the show to try to redeem him. In fact, EJ in Salem's jail cell might make for interesting viewing. As far as Sami, she's probably carrying twins, and Days will pull a OLTL and have two different daddys. |

Loved today's EJ-Sami scenes.
Actually found Willow's scene entertaining rather than annoying in her confrontation with Shawn and Hope. And I don't know what's come over me but I thought the John note to Marlena saying "Kiss" was cute. Even if the John and Marlena kiss grossed me out even more they usually do because all I could think about was how dry and gross someone's lips and mouth would get from being in a coma all those months. I mean she didn't even put ice chips on his lips before they started sucking face. Gross. Overall though... good episode. |

This is the first episode I watched today that I didn't fast forward! All the scenes were entertaining and the chemistry w/Sami and EJ cannot be denied. It was the best episode in weeks and the idea of EJ and Tony butting heads is going to be tv gold!
OMG, I can't believe I"m actually getting excited about the show again. EJ is fucking hawt (even if he is a murder and rapist- and I feel all dirty and weird inside about it).

LOL at the flight attendants crap. Maybe this is just my BB nerd coming out but did anyone else think of Janelle and her "sponsors" when nuStephanie came up with her big scheme to have Chelsea and her work one day a week on flights to Vegas and partying it up around Sin City flirting with rich men? I mean that just sounds like a lot more than just being a stewardess to. Oh well. No matter how much of an annoying skank nuStephanie is I still like her better than the old one and always will.
And OMG I am so glad to have John back because even if he sucks when he does he makes me laugh so hard. That weird as fuck "Bay-beeeeeee" that John screamed when Hope came in to see him at the hospital had me spitting out my drink. |
