Very nice book ending for the series in case it was cancelled.
I looked up who played Daniels and turns out she's Puerto Rican AND Black.

I thought the finale was great.I loved the support that Brenda's team gave her. I am so glad it got picked up for a second season. It really was the best show of the summer.

Kyra got a Golden Globe nomination. I loved her performances. Sometimes the writing on the show got a little strange, but they're worth sitting through for her.

started watching the marathon and couldn't stop watching. takes a long time to get used to her tho
problem is I can figure out who did it pretty early just had the one with the kid in Mexico jail. knew she was going to do that glad to find another show to watch in the summer |

I'm genuinely happy for Kyra Sedgwick, but I thought the opening episode of the second season was over the top bad. At least the ratings are good....

I'd only watched a few epis of the first season, but buckeled down to watch this season premier, at my sister's behest. Boy, was I confused. I still don't know what the hell happened. Luckily, since I had watched a few of the other epis, I realize this wasn't the norm, so I'll give it another shot, but if the season continues this way, I'll have to tune into something else.

I didn't think there was anything really bad about the premiere.
Kyra's character seemed to be a bit off her game, but I think it's because she's still cautious after the "complaint" filed against her in season 1 - especially since the case was so politically sensitivie. |

I didn't find anything wrong with Kyra's character. What I didn't like was the plot. I had no idea as to who all these suspects were, all the names thrown around, who's ex-girlfriend was sleeping with who. Why did the go to Canada again? Who the f*ck is Ari again? I just simply didn't understand it. Of course, it could have been that I watched the 10:00 (CST) repeat, after having 3 beers

Has anybody else been watching this lately? It's one of my "must-see" shows. Monday night's episode was absolutely riveting, not just because of the plot line, but because of the range of emotions Chief Johnson and some of the detectives went through. Loved it, loved it, LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!
