This show is such a scam. "Lets make a show about a fictional celebrity in Hollywood so that real-life celebrities will want to be on it." It's just an endless supply of guest-stars and cameos.
Wish I had thought of it :( I missed the episode prior to last night's. Anything important (ha!) happen there? |

there's 7 other epis before this one, not in a recap mood, sorry. try and catch them on a replay marathon, or if you have digital cable, and you get the HBO subscription service (not regular station service, but the "sub" service) then you can download and watch the epis there.
I havent' watched last nights yet, I will tonight. |

eh the season finale was okay. nothing really happened. i'll still watch but after seeing larry david i cant wait for curb your enthusiasm.

I only missed one episode. Somehow Eric got back together with his ex and I think something happened with the director of the movie.

What you missed? Little brother of faded actor becomes new big thing, takes his buds along for the ride. They all, even "E," seem like leeches to me; is this what Mark Wahlberg thinks of his real entourage? Many cameos occur. After basically being a nanny, pimp, chauffer (Vinnie can't drive) and gopher, Eric decides he wants respect.

Bumping this thread since they are now replaying the entire season. It's great for me since I didn't get into it 'til almost the end. They showed the Jessica Alba episode last night. To me, this is one of the best shows around.

let me guess...you're 21 years old.
for those of us older than 27, this show is like a bad issue of the national enquirer. (no offence on the 21 comment though, b/c when i was your age, THAT is the life i wanted to live, so i get it...it's just that now i'm old and, well, the show sucks...IMHO ((b/c i used to obsess with melrose place)) ).

Hey, I'm old and I love this show. What's not to love about a bunch of dumb horny 20-ish bubbleheads from Queens strut through the LA party scene like they know what's going on? The show is hilarious.

HBO has placed this show in high rotation probably due to the Golden Globe nominations. Good thing for fledgling fans of this show. Doesn't take long to catch every episode and get into the storyline. Losers who are ignoring this show don't know what they're missing.

I started watching the show mainly for Adrian Grenier, but I ended up really enjoying the show. It seemed that around the third or fourth episode the actors finally began to really connect with their characters and IMO it got a lot better from there. Anyways, I can't wait until next season.

June 5thÂ…this Sunday at 9pm.
I rewatched the last couple epis last night to gear up. I really like this show, a lot. It's funny, different, and homey. I like how their friends first. The start of this season should put them back in Queens shooting a low budget, but career making flick. Boys are back in town. anyway, here's to another great season! |
