Well, I guess it had to happen one day. I actually agreed with Lizzie. Talking about Michael Phelps.. You can't make exception for laws, and Whoopi is
wrong saying everyone should get off for a first offense breaking the law. Totally disagree Whoop, being that soft is why people think they are safe to break
laws. And it is a stupid blanket statement. Are you going to let a rapist, pedophile, drug trafficker off with a slap, just because it is the first time they

You think he knew the pic was being taken? Before I'd seen the picture, I thought maybe he was actually posing and laughing (like a dumbass), but he's
turned to the side and what was he going to do after the pic was taken? Beat the person up and take the camera? Kind of lose-lose. Much ado about nothing
(except for the fact that he's a celebrity). Lucky for him that weed is only considered a performance-enhancing drug among artists and musicians. :p
