I wish for the best for whoever wins to better things for all Americans. It's been a rough 7 years. Americans are great, great people. I LOVE Americans and I'm a Kanookian. Americans are some of the nicest people in the world. I hope the nation can recover and be as great as it once was. Am I counting on it? Hell no. But I hold hope things will get better for all of us.

I guess having a few past lives in America, one in early colonial times in Boston and another in 1800s Louisiana, I'm kinda partial to the country.� :)

Their patriotism can become problematic because it's so easily manipulated. It ends up getting twisted into a weapon to use against other Americans: we're more patriotic than you, you're un-American, etc. That kind of stuff is so dumb.
