It was an odd transition. Whoopi made that point that none of the candidates (Pres and VP) should talk about experience because she believes that the presidency is something that you learn as you go along. I interpreted it as regardless of how much experience you have, it's not the same as being president. Joy then says that she looks at certain things (don't remember them all), one being temperament. She thinks that Obama has a calmer demeanor and McCain is more likely to fly off the handle. Of course, this gets Elisabeth all pissy. When she questions Joy, Joy brings up that people McCain has worked with (she names names) have said so. They then bring up him backtracking about his comments about the economy, which Elisabeth staunchly denies happened. Whoopi says they all do it at one time or another. They all start shrieking over one another about the economy and statements made, and Elisabeth says something (don't remember) that sets Sherri off and she brings up the Keating 5. I don't know if Elisabeth stopped talking because Sherri made a good point or out of complete shock. They then went to commercial and I don't think I put the show back on after that.
