I don't agree with Liz's political view at all. But in this fight, Liz has a point. You can be my friend, but you have to clean your own shit.
Don't go postal on me if I said nothing. I despised Rosie after that show - not because of her political views (which I totally agree with), but because
she is so unstable, immature and needy.

The problem in the Infamous Showdown is that Rosie is so obnoxious and out-of-control that she won't even LET Elisabeth defend her. Three times in that
vid -- at 6:07, 6:24, and 7:28 -- Elisabeth tries to defend Rosie, but Rosie either cuts her off or ignores her and continues her insulting tirade against
Elisabeth.
At 7:42, Elisabeth finally gives up (who wouldn't?) and cuts Rosie loose, telling her to defend her own insinuations. I would have cut her loose a lot sooner, trust me. Whether you agree with Rosie's politics or Elisabeth's politics, I think most fair-minded viewers would agree that Rosie was being completely impossible here. How can Elisabeth or anyone else possibly defend Rosie's big mouth for her? Still, I miss these good old days, when the show was exciting. How are the ratings now? I bet they're way down, if this thread is any indication. Not only have the number of posts here dwindled, but we've resorted to posting reruns. :)

I've always liked Whoopi. She was on Nickelodeon a lot when I was a kid. She's a dyke right?

I read somewhere that ratings are down by over a million viewers since Rosie left.

Liz has Never... | ||

Did you catch Lizzy saying she has never used a vibrator to pleasure herself, and looking so surprised that women do. Whoopi told her to wait and that she
will use one soon enough, but did you ever catch her fugly hubby? My guess is she uses one right now and often.

I'm shocked she even said the word "vibrator".

Pleasure pole works for both the artifical item and the real meat item.

Elizabeth and Whoopi just had a huge spat about the use of the ''n'' word. Elizabeth began crying. It was great television. |

It was better than the Rosie/Elizabeth fight, that's for sure. We actually got t.ear.s, and Sherri was like, ''Don't tell me what words I can
and can't say!''

it's posted on redlasso and apparently on P*r*z H*lt*n...
too long for me to endure whole thing but the little I saw of it was Sherri being retarded and Whoopi overreacting. It started off with Elisabeth saying she actually thinks it's more dangerous for people to use the "n word" in private than in public, and I don't think she's entirely wrong there. |

Ok that wasn't so bad!! Nothing will top the Rosie/Elizabeth fight on that show.

Whoopi a Dyke? | ||
|
The question was asked a few posts ago, if Whoopi was a dyke. Well, actually she is not a dyke, although she looks like one. She is totally straight, and
she only prefers white men. She actually has a boyfriend right now, but don't know his name. She does periodically say on the show that she is very
happy in her current relationship. She's been linked to a good looking famous director (wish I could remember his name, a Frank something), and most
famously to Ted Danson.

Definitely not the level of Rosie/Elisabeth. I see what Elisabeth is saying, but she's living in such a fucking idealistic word. I don't necessarily
disagree with what Whoopi and Sherri were saying. I do feel certain people have the right to use words if they please. Elisabeth was all "I never use
words that go against my own culture." Really? You never have made an inappropriate joke about your own cultural background? She is too freaking
uptight. It's cool that she is against using the n-word, but she can't seem to grasp that there really is a difference in use based on context (the
same with any other word deemed bad, wrong, inappropriate, etc). She lives in her little white world, and doesn't seem to be able to get out of that
bubble.
