It's not as bad as referring to laminate as hardwood, but it's still bad from somebody who is supposed to come off as an authority figure...

I believe the commercials for that show have already been airing, AtlantaChik. The first episode airs right after the Design Star finale. The commercial
shows the hosts of various shows, including Vern Yip, Design Star 1 winner David Bromstad, and several others competing against each other. It's called
the HGTV Summer Showdown.
Vote for Jen! If you were to believe all the whiners who say she didn't consider the family, then these same whiners should be telling you the deck was stacked against her in the final challenge...giving her a family of 9 with a mess of kids while Matt got a family of 3 grown-ups who like minimalism. How is that fair? Vote for Jen! |

Either way this year is much better. The first was the best with the glass box people could watch them decorate in. The second SUCKED because it was a crappy
hotel room. Yeah, Katrina has been overdone, but at least it helped someone out. Even though white couches with 5 million kids is just dumb. I am kind of
rooting for Jenn - she isn't too bad and maybe they will cancel troll woman and her bag and show her instead.

Yeah the Katrina thing is old as hell. That town looked a mess before Katrina even hit. And it's funny how they drove through a disastrous part of town
with houses torn apart, and then they instead drive to a 'nicer' part of town with houses still standing and all sheetrocked and primed and ready to go
and that's what they decide to design instead. Let's help the cop and fireman who I'm sure already recieved a bunch of help from the community
already! YAY!

My three little ones all wanted Matt to win and were let down. I voted for Jen but I did throw a few votes for Matt for my kids. So why didn't Mikey come back? |
