As for the Cluadia/Johnny connection, I'd be willing to bet they're going to play out a story of Anthony raping her as a teen and that's why she was 'sent away.' It wouldn't surprise me if that turns into Claudia being his mother/half sister. If they aren't going to write Johnny as her kid then they've done a good job of leaving it open for some other young person to step in later as the child she had while she was away. Spinelli perhaps?
