Re: Punks vs Punts | ||

I love animals & sleep with my small dog but WTF was that about a damned goat in bed? Did you see that thing climb up in the leather chair & get all comfy like a pussy cat? I used to have a nanny goat as a pet when I lived in Hawaii but we lived in a rural area & kept her in the back yard. I would never dream of having her smelly ass in my bed! And goat poop is not pretty.

That damn goat was pregnant too, what the hell do you do when a goat goes into labor in your bed.

Okay, who in their right mind has a goat for a pet and keeps it in the house? Loved the muzzle as goats eat everything, maybe that is why they keep it in the bed? Jesus H. Christ "oh, honey I love that...AAAAHGGH!!!!"
Of course the reaction of Miss Organizer mom to the barn they called a house and the animals was hillarious. Dear God those dogs were sadly harmless but you would of thought she walked into the wild animal pen at a zoo. Meanwhile Mrs. Doolitle has her epiphany and realizes that she transposes the love for her husband onto animals as she is afraid of being loved. So while she loves her husband they live in squalor, have a pettting zoo in the house and their daughter has had Sex Ed 101 hippie style... NICE. Imagine its Animals a Trois in the bed along with either the goat or dogs? Kinky, I think so. Chist I would not only need a wall I would want a padded cell to keept that sound out. I also loved Mr. Organizer just about to blow a gasket when dinner was not promptly on the table at 6:30 p.m. Or his rule about the one daughter being too "emotional" to speak to him after 9. Why did I get the impression that emotional meant that his daughter was now menustrating and that meant she was officially "emotional" and they could no longer speak? Something wierd there. "Sorry, now that you are a woman we must only speak in the early hours or we are violating the rule of tampon." If you wear OB don't speak to me. I did notice he went for the goat right away too. What has everyone read "Who is Sylvia...." Edward Albee never had it so right. Men love goats apparently. I really love that the new showdown ends with someone walking off and having to be talked down off the ledge. Christ next showdown uzzis and knives at 6! |

I love the pissy showdowns.
Ok, her "well I can take the walls down" comment. Freak. Does your child deserve any privacy? How do they find such freaky familys? This show is on at 1:30am here because of football. |

Why are you people watching this? Have you not heard of Arrested Development? Which will almost certainly be taken off the air due to appallingly low ratings? Unless you Tivo'd Wife Swap because you were watching AD, I really don't know how you can live with yourself.

Kitty - I was a good girl. I watched AD while switching to Wife Swap during commercials, then watched the last half hour of WS. Good enough for ya?

Good girl Laurie!
Glam - I suppose I was confused by the post in the AD thread about how Wife Swap won the 8 PM hour for Nielsens. |

Okay... but that is interesting so in other words the Nielsens are based on what Eastern and Central time.
Apparently we here on the West Coast are shit and not worthy of monitoring. Hence why I don't understand why the networks pander to them or still retain that antiquated concept of 18-49 as the preferred audience and the whole stupid notions of seasons and sweep weeks. That is the real problem. |

I can't imagine how it won it's not even on here in the mountain time zone. I have to tivo four shows to be able to watch it because it's on after the game and the local news and all that other late night junk.

Heh Tarzan, I'm a rebel too. I didn't start watching Knots Landing until 2000, that's how much I rebel! It's also why I don't yet watch Lost. I am not a sheep!!!
Fortunately, I started watching AD before it became popular, so I'm ahead of the game on that one. |

I did start watching it last week Fluffy, but I changed it when the guy started digging the bullet out with his hands. Not being a nurse like you, I tend to be squeamish about those things.
It's on tonight, right? Okay, I'll give it another shot, let the rebel in me be damned. |

Yes, LOST is on tonight. It will feature my favorite character, Locke. You will see why he was robbed of the Emmy by that jackass Captain Kirk dude. And it doesn't usually have gooshy scenes in it. We do get to see a lot of hot, sweaty bods though! Maybe that's why AD doesn't get the viewers. They need hot, sweaty bods.
